I am very happy with the assessment of my 11 year old car which I knew had problems. I decided to go ahead and repair/replace items for my car which meant I did not have to purchase a new car. My car runs so much more smoothly and much quieter. It is also a much safer car to drive. Patricia

If you want the best in everything, here is your absolute go-to Subaru workshop. I have all new diffs and transmission that have transformed my car into something more capable and durable than anything you will find in a showroom for any price, and my car does get tested in rough rural situations on a daily basis. Too many improvements to list here, but new engine is next. ADS workmanship is second to none.

*Updated again* OK I take it all back. These guys are amazing. Fixed a whole range of things I’d never mentioned and gave them to me for free. Legends. By all other reviews, looks like these guys are usually amazing. Would recommend them, as they reached out to stay back after hours just to get the job done. I also walked in without a booking, so to be that upset they couldn’t fit me in is ridiculous. (Original review) FURIOUS! Went in to see if I could get the bushes fixed on my car and was told I was ‘lucky’ as they don’t usually have any time but they did today. Told me to come back in an hour, but they’d call me to let me know exactly when. I put off doing other things as I was expecting to go back in an hour or so. Called an hour and a half after the initial time, was told they’d call me just after lunch. Waited an hour after lunch, called back to be told they’d call me when they had a hoist available. Thinking that I’d get my car in there I put off doing other tasks as I wanted to be available. Called back at 430 - 7 hours after I’d initially been told to come back in an hour - to be told they wouldn’t be able to fit me in today. Thanks for wasting my only day off with your incompetence. Left in the morning full of joy, what a good service I thought, sadly not. Won’t be going back or recommending unfortunately

I made the leap from dealer Subaru servicing to ADS and won't be looking back. What a drastic change this was. From easy booking process to the servicing and to pick up, Robert is absolutely exceptional and the place is extremely friendly and professional. They really took great care in explaining the issues and the service process. The prices are fair and reasonable and I haven't had a Subaru service before where I have walked out already wanting to book the next one in. Car drives great now. Won't touch my car. Because someone else did work to it is pretty dumb. Only just purchased the car.

Called in regards to my 2013 brz making a sound and wanted to get the car checked as multiple mechanics wanted to charge me an absurd amount to have the engine removed, I spoke to the owner who was the absolute sweetest man ever, he went through the Subaru brz recall that they were having with me and explained to me how to call them and what to ask for to have my car checked by the dealership instead of him scamming me for no reason when the dealership had a recall on the exact issue for free, great customer service, great explanations and was very happy with the final result soo props to you guys

After going through multiple performance garages having issues with aftermarket tunes, Gab at ADS was able to diagnose and isolate the mechanical faults that were contributing to a lot of my problems not picked up by previous mechanics/tuners. Car was given the full treatment and new tune and has never driven better! Thanks again to Gab for putting a smile back on my face when I’m behind the wheel of my Rex. Absolutely would recommend ADS to anyone.

We started taking our Subaru there for servicing, the team were fantastic. Great advice, service, workmanship. Now my parents and sister also get their Subaru's serviced here. I would highly recommend them

Tomas was very patient and extremely helpful, parts all arrived in a couple of days once sourced and checked, fairly major gearbox rebuild done and back on the road without any dramas, definitely recommend ADS

Not really helpful with technical information but perfectly willing to sell you something whether you need it or not.

Worst experience, they don't know their Subaru's and they charge a lot. Had to go back about 5 times to get only one problem sorted.

I’m only giving 3 stars is because I have to wait to get my car in & meet the team but so far it has been pleasant

I have been asking around 5 different places and honestly non has given me a straight forward answer with the pricing and the work to be done I contacted rob and spoke to Tomas Noll and we agreed for a complete built motor as I’m chasing some decent numbers hopefully I can make more than planned we shall see and I couldn’t be any more happier with these guys to do my work the only thing that sucks is how busy these guys are and I have to wait what seems eons away That’s how you know how good these guys are if there is a wait until January February

Where to start. After having some issues with my 2011 STI I decided to send ADS an email for some repairs after I was not happy with some quotes from other workshops. I had an email response with all the required info I requested within 24 hours. Before I knew it, I was on my way in to discuss options for my build.

The first thing I noticed was how clean and well presented the workshop was, It's quite obvious how attentive the team at ADS are when the environment they work in is so clean and well looked after.

I was able to sit down and chat with their senior performance technician, Gab and discuss the options for my car, while futureproofing it at the same time. Gab took his time to show me what works and why I need particular parts not only for longevity but for peace of mind as well. Also showing me what's needed for my desired power levels and not going completely overkill.

After agreeing on a build for my car I was updated constantly with progress updates and any costs that would incur additional fees (great peace of mind). Niazi and Gab were always a call away and understanding of any concerns. After walking in the shop after a few weeks into the build I was over the moon at how the car was looking and how the team was progressing.

If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't hesitate to contact Niazi and Gab. I couldn't be more thankful or appreciative of the hard work and effort the team put into working on my car and giving it a second chance at life. Thanks again.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Had numerous amounts of back and forth emails with Tom to figure out what driveline I needed for the unique situation I was in doing a WRX swap of a GX. The team made sure everything was perfect before doing the job, then once I put it in the car it ran beautifully with no issues of compatability.

My car was problem and had no idea and wanted to see well known subaru mechanic, so I visited there and rob guide me and explained very well what I wanted know. Love this shop and friendly and professional services.

What a great service! Rob provided us with professional advices and liaise with us during the whole repair process. Their team quickly identified the issues with my faulty transmission and got it fixed on time with a reasonable price. I found that the whole process was professional, smooth, easy and transparent. I recommend their services to everyone.
