AHC lawyer’s approach surely is different, having received 2 refusals in the past for my brother's visa, we thought we had no hope for his student visa application. One month ago, I packed my luggage and thought I have no other visa options to apply and stay with my current job because my 485 visa will be expiring in 2 months time. I have consulted a few other migration agents and even lawyer but was told that I'm not eligible for employer sponsorship- 482 visa and was advised that getting a student visa or working holiday visa is the only option I have. I was very disappointed because both of the suggested visas do have working restriction.

My visa "DES Subclass 186" was finally granted, despite weaknesses in my employment history and other issues related to my work experience in Australia under student visa.
I decided to go ahead with my application right after my first approach with Agape Immigration (I booked an initial consultation "strongly recommended"). Due to technical difficulties on the home affairs website I was unable to process my online application before my student visa expired. As a result, a month later, I am now in a situation where I have to leave the country in less than two weeks.
