When I approached AHC Lawyers and Benny by the end of September 2022, my previous 457 visa was about to expire on 08 Oct 2022. Benny managed to provide me with a professional written Letter of Advice and lodged my subclass 482 nomination and visa application within a week. He is so professional and efficient! Amazingly, the nomination and my subclass 482 visa application were approved within 3 weeks with no further requests. I definitely recommend the AHC team and Benny for any immigration matters.

Highly recommend Benny. He gave me his very professional advice and acted very quickly.

Due of visa condition (8107) on my previous visa I couldn’t work for my current employer, Benny also managed to help me apply to remove the work limitation. It took only one day that my work limitation was removed by the Department of Home Affairs.

Everything is professional and efficiently, if you find yourself needing an immigration lawyer to help with your case, I highly recommend AHC.

I engaged Agape Henry Crux initially for the NOICC I received regarding my 189 VISA. I was hopeless and devastating.

After consulting with them, Kris offered not only a delightful plan to response to the notice but also a contingency plan to hlep me obtain my PR and keep staying and working in Australia.

Meanwhile, special thanks to James Shin. He is a saver to me.
With his hard work and great efforts, he managed to prepared all the required documents and send out the solid reponses within one week.

Now I just got the Notification of Decision NOT to Cancel.
I am so satisfied with this outcome! My life was saved!

James and Kris, thanks again for all your time, effort, patience and professionalism.

Wish you all the best!

The most unprofessional Immigration team I have seen, unfortunately I had to pick them to take care of my visa and all what they did for an clear and easy visa is to mislead it.
They didn't not check the immigration department update they upload wrong files they applied for the wrong Visa class.for more than 3 months immigration department requesting a medical test and no one inform me.and more to say
I have no idea how they have those 5 stars.
The worst experience.
I don't even know how I'm going to fix the mess they cause me now.
Leaving my 4 years child behind and exit the country to fix my status in Australia.

I engaged AHC Lawyers after I have received an invitation from Administrative Appeals Tribunal for my review hearing relating to cancelled Working Holiday Visa. My previous experience working with agents and lawyers hasn't been good especially as my visa was cancelled due to reliance on very first agent’s misconduct. In the very first consultation, I was told by AHC Lawyers I have a good chance of winning the case at the Tribunal but they have also advised me on what other options I have to be able to remain in Australia lawfully. Their submissions on my behalf have been very thorough and well prepared emphasising on numerous different similar past cases. In addition, the lawyer responsible for my case prepared me for the hearing, sharing tips and tricks. The hearing went very smoothly due to their guidance. Now, I got my visa reinstated and I can remain in Australia. My future plan is now back on track all thanks to AHC

“I engaged AHC Lawyers as I realized I have overstayed in Australia, held one of the worst bridging visa out there, and was refused a visa. I was barred to even lodge further visa while onshore in Australia. I didn’t want to go home, and knowing that my circumstances are dire, I contacted AHC Lawyers. They told me it will be difficult and they devised multi-pronged strategies for me. Knowing that there is hope, I persevere. In only about 3 months, the situation has turned. I am a holder of a substantive visa again, and now my migration options are open again. Thanks AHC Lawyers. ”

I engaged Agape Henry Crux initially for the refusal of my student visa application. They successfully helped me win the case at AAT, fixed my issue of me not being able to lodge any visa in Australia. Now they even assisted me to obtain a 5 year Skilled Work visa with the opportunities to apply for permanent residency after three years! Thank you Agape!

We came to Agape Henry Crux when we received an invitation to attend hearing from the Tribunal for our refused protection visa application. As you know, review application itself is a difficult process and because it’s protection visa which is heavily scrutinized at FCCA/FCA/HCA courts, it is an extremely difficult journey. And before getting refused, we had very little hope mixed with feelings of frustration and anxiety too. However, after having our first discussion with AHC people, our feelings and thoughts changed and they instilled a kind of positive vibes and we really felt encouraged to keep up our spirits high. We had to attend two separate hearings at the Tribunal because the member wanted to make sure our claims for protection are true and accurate. Lawyers and agents at Agape Henry Crux are very thorough, provide numerous submissions to the Tribunal, very helpful with preparation including mock hearing so we know what we have to expect. On 03 June 2021, We received a decision from the Tribunal remitting our case back to the Department. This is an excellent news. Thank you so much Agape Henry Crux for great help and guidance. We won't be able to achieve this without the hard work and support you provided throughout this journey.

I have contacted Agape Henry Crux after an another lawyer group said that i would not be able to receive partner visa due to sponsor issues and i was not sure which way to go on my next visa as my visa was shortly expiring. We have contacted Ko Ko Aung and he discussed clearly what is more suitable for my situation and we decided the right direction which was 820/801 visa. During the process he was always responsive, professional and open about every aspect of the application. Now 2.5 months after my application my 820 is already granted!:) I can not thank you enough to Ko Ko and AHC for their services and professionalism. I highly recommend their services if you have complicated issues with the visas.

I am an international travelling performance artist, dancer and DJ.
A classic One-person-show doing events, parties, activations, theatre plays, installations and other artistic interventions.

When I first set foot on Australian soil in 2009 I knew I want to live there.

For years I returned, playing hundreds of gigs and building a reputation and a little legend.

My wish to stay permanently grew strong and stronger, but I didn't see a way to achieve it.

Until I met Jason and the wonderful people from Agape Henry Crux and we started what I haven't dared to take on alone.

Jason explained the Visa structure of Australia and we identified the most suitable one: The Distinguished Talents Visa (subclass 585).

They immediately advised me, that it is the rarest of them all - like a unicorn in the fairy-woods.
They estimated a 2-5% chance for me to get it granted and up to 5 years for the whole process.

But we all felt adventurous, I managed to raise the needed funds and we put in the application.

I will spare you the heart- and headache over request letters and questions over questions.
But having Agape and their amazing team by my side gave me the security to continue and sail the wild sea.

And as of now, against the many, many, many, many, many odds I got it granted.

I can now call myself a permanent resident of Australia!

My thanks go out to Jason and the team (especially: Davin and Ko Ko).

I am convinced, that this would have never been possible without the help of Agape Henry Crux.

I LOVE YOU! You are simply the Best.

Thanks to Agape Henry Crux, my partner visa application was approved without any difficulties. To put cherry on top, I got my direct permanent resident visa without having a need to wait for two years from the date of application. Amazing work by Agape team and I can’t wait to go back to Australia to reunite with my partner and our daughter. Wilberforce.

Exceptional service – highly recommended!

Prior to engaging AHC Lawyers early last year, I've been to three different immigration lawyers, and have had two more prior to that regarding a separate matter altogether.

Jason, Davin and Koko have helped me navigate the intricacies with my case, and have been very good at providing me options and explaining my case to me in a very thorough and detailed manner.

I am very happy with the service they have provided me. Thank you guys for helping my get my citizenship!

We contacted them for our In-laws travel exemption and we got excellent customer service from their team. Initial discussion with Kris was very helpful and Ko Ko’s guidance and advice helped us in preparing all the supporting documents. Each and Every stage was explained to us clearly and the whole process was very smooth. I would recommend KO KO and the team at AHC to anyone and they are exceptional. Thanks for their support to my family at this crucial situation.

10/10 for their wonderful service to their clients.

I had very little hope that I would be able to get the bridging visa A back. Agape told me to just trust them and they guided me throughout the way even though I was very over-stressed and anxious. Today, the Tribunal decided to not cancel my bridging visa A and give it back to me.

I first came to Agape as my mother’s visitor visa got refused. Her case, I knew, was not easy as she had previously overstayed for over a decade in Australia before returning back to China voluntarily, she had been affected by PIC 4011, PIC 4014, PIC 4020 and the use of a false passport in the past. At the beginning, I didn’t believe I can win the case as my mother has a complex immigration history. However, the team has guided me for the whole process and came up many strategies to help me build the case. It has not been a fast journey and I almost lost confidence in them on many occasions but I continued to push through and was constantly reassured. I am glad that I continued because now we won the case at the AAT which was the hardest part as the Tribunal agreed that my mother still meets the GTE requirements despite her complex history.
