Namir helped us find a suitable property to purchase over a number of months, helped with the negotiations of it and once we purchased he sold our house in Petersham for a great price. He did this during lockdown which isnt easy and gave us great advice along the journey. We ended up selling for a great price prior to auction and will use Namir in our continued property journey. Great Agency and staff
We bought our house from Adrian William and were great for the sellers and us. Very helpful prior to settlement and at settlement. Decided to rent it out for a while and used Adrien Williams, specifically Mel had many viewers at the first opening a couple of days after settlement and subsequently had a tenant within a week. It’s difficult to put in to words the positive experience I’ve had with Adrian William who recently sold my unit in Dulwich Hill both quickly and at a price that exceeded my expectations.
