Re-leasing services: we experienced very poor service from Adrian William and have no choice but terminated our agreements with them. Despite the glossy brochure and marketing, it was fees for very limited service. It took over 5 weeks for the agent to send us an incomplete Outgoing Condition Report and over 6 months to replace the keys and fobs which their office have somehow lost them. I also lost count of the number of phone calls, texts and emails to them to get a status update. Most of the time, there was no reply and matter was finally resolved after multiple escalations to the manager. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

PS: per the reply from owner below, the explanation is not accurate and prior to completing this review, I have contacted Mr Adrian on 10 Sept and Mr Guillaume on 3 Oct to provide direct feedback. There was no reply from both of them. The agency is now choosing to reply to my feedback in public which is not a good approach to resolution management. The agency has my contact number and I have never receive a call to discuss my concerns. This is another marketing exercise rather than genuine customer service.

Listed a property for rent. Guillame and Yianni made the process effortless for me. I basically did nothing and it was seamlessly rented out within a few days.

From the outset, Namir was efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. He was swift to respond to any enquiries I had throughout the process and kept me updated on actions from his end. I always felt 100% comfortable with his advice and reasoning for decisions, and despite my situation being somewhat complicated with a long tenancy, a skittish buyer and other barriers to an easy sale, I always felt he had firm control of what was happening at all times. Though we were aiming for an auction, we sold before the auction, exceeding the lowest price I had told him I could accept. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome, and I highly recommend Namir and his team. I would happily use them again for any future sales.

I am very pleased to have chosen Joseph as our selling agent. At first, I found out through online research that Joseph was one of the most prolific agents selling homes in our area. Then I can feel his sincerity and professionalism by talking with him. During the sale of the house, he gave me timely feedback on the opening situation and the situation of potential buyers. Be proactive in preparing for any situation. At the same time, he actively seek out qualified potential buyers. Eventually the property was sold at a good price. It's true that Joseph was open for a shorter period of time and for a better price than other similar homes that have sold in the area. I highly recommend Joseph.

I cannot speak highly enough of Norman. Norman had us in the palm of his hand from hello. He was extremely professional, honest and warm. We felt his investment in us as a family immediately. He was calm and reassuring throughout our campaign and even when we were a bit wobbly Norman remained steadfast and assured. His knowledge of the market is astounding and true. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would absolutely trust in him again for future sales and purchases!
