What can I say, the property leasing & management team did their magic again! This is our second time dealing with Adrian William to lease out our property. Guillaume was very organised from the start and he arranged all the necessary services quickly (faster than we thought!).

The time it takes for the photo to be taken, ads put up online, open house / inspection and leased - all of these were done within 8 days! We managed to find a tenant on the 1st inspection and we got the rate we wanted. There are other properties that took longer time to rent out in the area.

On the inspection day, Surjot (SJ) came earlier to do the inspection. He even set up some music to set up the ambience (nice touch) and he was also prompt in informing us about the prospective tenants who inspected the house.

Teneale who manages our property and has been easy to work with. This gives us confidence that our property will be in safe hands.

I was so nervous about selling during the pandemic but Joseph gave me so much reassurance through out the whole process. I was also really time poor with a young toddler so didn't have much bandwidth to project manage anything. Joseph kept me updated after every open house and every new development.
