I dropped in to see if I could have the arms of my reading glasses adjusted. The team was helpful and assisted me on the spot. Great impromptu service for someone who is not a regular customer. Thank you.

Not impressed with the service. Optometrists doesn't seem knowledgeable, just insists on getting a pair of prescription glasses. I'd suggest getting second opinion elsewhere before spending money at this outlet.

1001 Optical is such a great place to get your eyes tested and to purchase quality glasses. They have a very extensive range of brands and the store manager, optometrist and store staff were very friendly and I am very grateful for the help.

I've been going to the optometrist ever since my original one closed in Parramatta. I went to the shop to get my glasses repaired. The customer service rep Ms Yuna Park served me. She was amazing, efficient and most of all she cared. She look at my glasses and told me that we can't repair it. She instead replaced my glasses on warranty, she knows her stuff and she's has pretty good customer service. Ms Yuna Park. If you're reading this. Youre a legend.

Their service is really good to care of customer. My family has been a customer for many years since I moved to Sydney. All records has been kept in same place and Melody's advise about eye test was always helpful.
Not only for Melody, all Korean service team are so kind.

I have been this store again recently and no surprise, they ruined my weekend again. Worker there refuse to accept their mistake and give me false information and instant. I have been wearing glasses and contact lenses since my age of 16. I have been with HCF for nearly 6 years and was Bupa previously for more than 5 years, i how how the claim and payment process works. I now normally go to Bupa Macquarie, Specsavers Rhodes, even 1001 Macquarie instead. Been in this store four times, only once positive 2years ago. I have tried my best to avoid this store, but my wife likes the optometrist there. And this is why gave two stars instead of just one.

My wife had an eye test at this place. We were forced to purchase from them after the test. The explanation was, they could not issue a formal prescription without a purchase history. This was very unprofessional. We had been doing eye tests at many places over the years and never before had we been forced into a purchase. The optometrist who performed the test had already been compensated through medicare. On top of that, we would be happy to pay a consultation fee. Frankly, we would consider buying if they had the right product at a reasonable price. They did not have the pack of 6 contact lens package, which we could source elsewhere. Their prices were also very much inflated, 24% higher than the same product offered at Specsavers. Coming here was a mistake. If you are looking for a store with a wide range of product, at reasonable prices, with great customer service, this is not the place. I generally don't leave reviews but this time it really was a very disappointing experience.

Melody was definitely the best Optometrist I have ever seen. Very thorough and patient. Everything was explained and my new glasses are so clear. Definitely recommend.

Melody is so good, she doesn’t miss any sign of changes in our eye conditions and make sure that every thing is good. She always finds the best contact lenses and glasses which are the best for our work and life style. Jin and all staff are very friendly and professional too.
Price for both glasses and contact lenses are very competitive.

Purchased 1 sunglasses, 1 reading glasses$500 or so, after 1year 5th, when I putting on the reading glass (brand”briar”) the frame snapped under one side lense, when look closely many tiny cracks all around the frame.shop assistant said only one year warranty suggesting purchase a new”better quality “ pair @$250. I just decided that I better vote with my money and walk away.
