May I just Add my opinion here. Okay so the wait time is long but we need to understand that Dr Zaaie has been there for many years I appreciate his will to be at work everyday looking after as many people as he possibly can I think there is one more Dr there now Dr Edgar if I'm correct. So two doctors and depending on who you see wait time will be different. Even in Ginninderra there is an hour wait and there are like 4+ doctors there sometimes so yeh if your not new might be frustrating but I think it's fair to say that a little bit of patience is not going to kill your life we are so caught up in our daily activities it's almost as if the world will fall if we don't get everything done on time. Some cases have an exception like you have another appointment to go to.fair enough. Let's thank the doctors for their time and knowledge in helping us. Receptionist have been very nice because I'm nice and people have bad days too. So before you make people think the worst let's keep this in mind too and bring it back to neutral.

Already being generous with one star. Doesn’t respect your time, arrived at the appointment time and still waited an hour to see the doctor and i was the only patient waiting. Receptionist was very rude and was never accomodating to the patients. Go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

There is no meaning of booking an appointment. I had to wait for 90 minutes even I got an appointment.

Never waited less than an hour to see a doctor, staff neither courteous nor professional, go anywhere else.

Never never take an appointment if you are not a customer already. The receptionist is an absolute mess. When I arrived for my appointment, the lady told me that the doctor is running late and there are three people Infront of me.

My appointment was at 10.20, however after 5 people were called Infront me I asked the receptionist what happening. She told I was late.i came for my appointment 10 minutes early. When I told her that I was not late, she said there were people in before me and you are next. But all this time she never asked my name. Not sure how she know my name?

This has been the case in most appointments at this clinic. Whilst the facilities are bad the reception and the call handlers are simply unhelpful.they do something on the computer and if interrupted they are angry.

I wish i could leave 0 star. First i called them lets say on monday and they said "Dr Ziaee" (the GP i wanted" starts working for the new year on Wedneaday. Since he is from Iran and i have my father from Iran visiting me, i really waanted him as his GP so they can talk Persian. So I called again on Wednesday and booked a time for the same day at 12: 00. Then we showed up at 12: 00 and the receiption asked us to fill a form. After that i asked her if we could visit the doctor and she said "just in a minute". After 10 minutes i asked her again and she said " you are the next one visiting the doctor" i insisted again about an estimation and she all of sudden replied in Persian and i translate it here " oh one hour the earliest" even then she said it will not be "Dr Ziaee" and you need to wait more for him as you didnt book and appoinment with him! Seriously! I just cancelled the whole thing and ended up going to somewhere else. I dont know how the GPs are there but surely their management is performing well bellow zero!

Why this clinic is booking an appointment if its not in time? Have an appointment but need to wait for more than 2 hours! Have to teach a lesson what is an appointment mean for? Totally wastage of time!

Had an appointment at 12: 20 but its already 2: 20 pm and they still say there is one in the queue before us. I came for my wife and we had plans which got cancelled due to this. Totally unprofessional. I strongly recommend against coming here unless you want to lose your valuable time.

Unprofessional, disorganized, they don’t value the time of visitors appointments are never on time.

The clinic has available appointments but won't take any new patients using Medicare for bulk billing.
They are only taking those not on Medicare (overseas visitors).

Arrived to my appointment and I was told there is one patient in front of me. This patient was soon called by the doctor. Another patient was called by the doctor and I'm still waiting. Yet the third patient was called by the doctor and then I decided to leave.
If you're truly sick and need to see a doctor, go somewhere else. You're not going to get any better at this clinic.

Being going here for few years and met with different doctors and nurses. Very knowledgable and friendly. Never had a bad experience with staff. Only downside is having to wait to get in to see a doctor sometimes delayed up an hour. If your very lucky you can get an appointment same day you book. Its a bulk billing clinic. Parking is $1 for first hour.

This clinic does not deserve any star. No sense of patient well-being. Terrible service. AVOID going there if you can.

This place makes waiting at the bank or post office during peak lunch time period more enjoyable.at least you know when you’re up to be served. Here you’re gambling on whether your appointment will be cancelled when you rock up on time or whether the receptionist feels like not telling you the wait will be as long as a Star Wars Movie.

Made an appointment but still had to wait over an hour, when finly got see the doc he wants me out of his cabin after 2 minutes, I was just a number to him more number he see more money he will make, poor doc just trying to pay of his mension house, make no mistake Tristan is bussness to make money, and the doc are on just 457 visa, better go to Ginniderra Medical Centre unless you want panadol then Tristan is the best palace for it, good luck make your own mind and share the experience with us.

The receptionist is horrid, she is extremely rude. Perhaps she should change profession customer service doesn't seem her forte

First time, I got into my appointment for them to tell me that they have to reschedule, they rescheduled me for next available date and here I am waiting for an hour because people at reception didn't told the dr I was here.

The practice does want to improve or may be they don't care give the constant and similar review with no improvement.

Good experience with the team at the reception. Waiting times can be an issue sometimes but I appreciate that they still try to accommodate clients who may run a little late for unavoidable circumstances. I've had consultations with Dr. Ziaee and Dr. Canlas. They are excellent practitioners, they take time to listen and make sure your concerns are explored and addressed appropriately.

Wouldnt recommend this clinic at all, some of the doctors dont even act like they care about you or their jobs the way they act. They never call you when your test results come in and on top of that they make you wait 30mins to an hour. Lets just say ive been here 4 times and spent about 2 hours waiting.
