41It is pretty good. Although the clinic is small and some equipments are old, it is open on Sunday which is pretty convenient and booking is very easy and you do not have to wait for very long time.
May I just Add my opinion here. Okay so the wait time is long but we need to understand that Dr Zaaie has been there for many years I appreciate his will to be at work everyday looking after as many people as he possibly can I think there is one more Dr there now Dr Edgar if I'm correct. So two doctors and depending on who you see wait time will be different. Even in Ginninderra there is an hour wait and there are like 4+ doctors there sometimes so yeh if your not new might be frustrating but I think it's fair to say that a little bit of patience is not going to kill your life we are so caught up in our daily activities it's almost as if the world will fall if we don't get everything done on time. Some cases have an exception like you have another appointment to go to.fair enough. Let's thank the doctors for their time and knowledge in helping us. Receptionist have been very nice because I'm nice and people have bad days too. So before you make people think the worst let's keep this in mind too and bring it back to neutral.

Being going here for few years and met with different doctors and nurses. Very knowledgable and friendly. Never had a bad experience with staff. Only downside is having to wait to get in to see a doctor sometimes delayed up an hour. If your very lucky you can get an appointment same day you book. Its a bulk billing clinic. Parking is $1 for first hour.
Good experience with the team at the reception. Waiting times can be an issue sometimes but I appreciate that they still try to accommodate clients who may run a little late for unavoidable circumstances. I've had consultations with Dr. Ziaee and Dr. Canlas. They are excellent practitioners, they take time to listen and make sure your concerns are explored and addressed appropriately.
Came with a friend and had to wait for a way longer than an hour. I think they have just one doctor today.
Easy to make a booking, receptionist and GP are OK, three stars is for the loooooong waiting hours.
Never never take an appointment if you are not a customer already. The receptionist is an absolute mess. When I arrived for my appointment, the lady told me that the doctor is running late and there are three people Infront of me.
My appointment was at 10.20, however after 5 people were called Infront me I asked the receptionist what happening. She told I was late.i came for my appointment 10 minutes early. When I told her that I was not late, she said there were people in before me and you are next. But all this time she never asked my name. Not sure how she know my name?
This has been the case in most appointments at this clinic. Whilst the facilities are bad the reception and the call handlers are simply unhelpful.they do something on the computer and if interrupted they are angry.

Horrible GP! How is your GP got the licence? He doesn't have knowledge at all, no ideas what he has to do
Worst customer service ever. The young asian or latino woman at the front desk is the worst. Her communication skill is absolutely ZERO. She would say sorry my english is not good what did you say all of the time and she would hang up if she doesn’t understand what the other person is telling? ! Very rude prson! Why would you hire someone that has ZERO english and ZERO manner!
Receptionist Fayka I might wrong with the spelling.she is Extremely rude…never suggeste anyone this clinic bad policy. I do not have words to write how bed they are and how bed experience that I had with my each appointment …receptionists are at all trained not trained for the position I have to change my GP in between my pregnancy months as could not deal with bed receptionist every appointment
It is my mistake to come to here. Really massive, I asked whether doctors is available, staff tell me come and we are free. Guess what when I arrived there are 10 people waiting!

I was told they are running on schedule. I showed up on time and was left to wait over 1 hour.
Another time while waiting in the wait room I asked another patient waiting what time appt they had. We were booked for the same doctor and the same time.
Doctors English was average. He failed to understand simple questions.
I would really give Negative rating to this medical center if I can.
It's normal to wait more then one hour whatever time you go there. Reception staff is terrible and Doctos just don't dignose you properly.
They just give you temporary medicines.

Very unprofessional, does not respect others time. How much ever we confirm before thr appointment if the Doc is running time or late, yet doctor will see the patient an hour late from.the appointment. Pathetic service!
The reviews that say it takes a long time and the staff seem unhappy are accurate. The thing that bothers me the most however is that one doctor has a bad habit of having the last word while walking the patient down the corridor. Sitting in the waiting room I’ve heard private information from patients before me including mental health stuff, I’m sure that’s a breach of dr patient confidentiality. I really don’t think it helps a depressed or anxious patient to know that the doctor is airing their health info in front of the whole waiting room + it makes the patients waiting uncomfortable.
Worst experience of my life. The GP had no idea what he had to do and told me to wait for a couple of days before removing my ear wax which had been in for at least a week and my ear was blocked which was really irritating me. Very unprofessional behaviour. Not coming back again!
Had a very bad experience with the receptionist/ office person named Matthew. My husband attended the practice today. After waiting over one hour, he saw the doctor and got a medical certificate which was dated incorrectly. When he called the practice back, Matthew the receptionist was rude, inefficient, unhelpful and unprofessional. He insisted he cannot inform the doctor of this error and get a corrected one from him. He made my husband, who is already vulnerable to COVID-19 due to health condition, come back and wait again (already waited over an hour earlier) to get the corrected medical certificate which was incorrect due to the doctor’s fault in the first place. I have never seen such blatant disregard to provide customer service. Working in a medical practice, during a Pandemic surely calls for more compassion for patients who are already vulnerable
These doctors will just all of a sudden cut you off all medication for no good reason at all no going down slowly or anything. This is just a warning to others out there that are worried about this type of thing happening.
They don't even worth a star.you have to wait an hour or more even if you book an appointment.
