My phone call was received by “Mathew” and I asked for an appointment for PCR test and he said it is only a telly appointment which was fair. I said I will think and call back and he just hung up the call. Very poor customer service. Have to be more polite and thoughtful especially when working in a healthcare field.

They said you can use Defence White Card but it was upto the doctor if your allowed to or not which wasn't said until after the appointment. Dr said no even though it was an accepted condition on my DVA White card which I required medication for. Paid for it but was disappointed

Worst customer service. Every time my family has an appointment they manage to make a mistake, or fail to tell us that a doctor is away and we turn up to find our appointment cancelled. Save yourself the pain and go to YourGP@Crace, a much better practice. Ochre Medical is a joke.

The male nurse "BEN" is extremely rude and unprofessional, let's his friends in before people waiting in the waiting room that we're waiting a lot longer and actually had an appointment. Then when asked why he did that got abused in front of my baby. I will never return and i'll be contacting head office.

The lack of communication from this practice is absolutely ridiculous. Patients are expected to schedule and be on time for their appointments however this curtesy isn’t extended to the patients. I understand things come up and some patients take longer than others but it literally takes a couple minutes to communicate with reception to then communicate to the patient that there are delays of 30 minutes plus and to come back later. Why should anyone have to sit in agony well past their scheduled appointment just because your practice lacks simple manners and communication skills? Also common sense would be if the doctor is in the middle of a procedure and has been for a while and doesn’t look like they’re going to finish up any time soon that maybe you should let the following patients know to come back later rather than have them sitting clueless for 30 minutes. I better not receive a late cancellation notice in the mail for walking out!

Pretty horrible experience. Staff are not helpful at all and after months of being told I would hear back from my doctor I'm still waiting, having called up multiple times and been given reassurances that would happen. My issues have increased and there seems to be no care at all, very disappointed.
Not going back.

My family and I have been regular patients here for at least 4 years. Over that period we have seen a regular turnover of doctors, but have been halpy with the service. However, the reception staff is a whole other matter. They seem more interested in punching things into the computer than assisting patients. They come across as rude and arogant. One of my kids recently had a chest infection (not covid) and the online booking system allowed us an appointment (telehealth). Appointment was 2 hours late and no consultation. She was simply told by the doctor that she required a covid test before she could offer any treatment and proceeded to charge a full fee for the "service". When we complained to the practice manager she advised that the appointment should not have gone through and she would look into the charges and call back with a resolution. Imagine my surprise when 3 weeks later a bill arrived in the mail with a please pay immediately sticker.
I would not recommend this practice and will not be returning.

I have been at Ochre Medical Centre Casey many times but on the 13th of July, 29th of July 2021 I had a really bad experience here. As a human I couldn’t imagine the way how did they treat my son as a “POSITIVE OF COVID-19” even he just had a common cold. I went to the centre on the 13th they refused to see my son. They asked me to go back to my car, wait until the gp call. After that they required me to take my son to do a COVID-19 test. Because he has cough (they said that is 1 of symptom of Covid. They won’t able to see my son face to face. She said if the result is good I can make the other appointment to see her). I did that. Then I need to isolate for 24-48 hours to wait for the result. The result was NEGATIVE. I called many times but nobody catch my phone so I’d booked online. The GP might quite busy so it took until on the 29th of July. I was happily and booked in for my son. After I checked in then we took a seat. Suddenly the receptionist came and required us to come to the isolate room because my son has a cough. Was he wrong when he gets sick in this situation? Then they asked to do a COVID-19 test again. She said: The results was long time ago so she can’t see my son and he needs to do it again. As a mum I don’t even expect my son does many times of COVID-19 for what? It doesn’t make any sense (it’s so frustrating test. The GP knows very well how uncomfortable is it. But still ask to do that). I’ve been waiting to see her to help my son recover. But what she did we feeling disappointed and terrible. Do you know how long does it takes to get to Weston from Casey to do a test? We were staying outside with 2 long lines. The weather was very cold. We were freezing outside. My son had a really worse cough, running nose after that day. I trust you. I thought after we have a result we can see you and help him. But I think I was wrong. I was a foolish one to believe unprofessional doctor. What if ur daughter being asked to do many times of Covid-19 test how do u feeling? Would your heart hurts by that? Even my son does not have COVID-19. I also did twice to wish to see you. Bcs I believe you. You are a doctor. But that was disappointed me a lot. I don’t know why did I follow your nonsense intructions. You said: You can’t see him bcs he still have a cough. His cough getting worse and worse bcs his gp “help him” too much. I don’t know where did you get a qualification to become a doctor and working without HEART. You have NO Conscience. I was ashamed at her treatment and won't be returning to this practice again. Strongly NOT recommend this place.
I hope you have a right job and have a good life (A Good Doctor that I’ve never seen before)

Both the doctors which I have been seeing at this clinic, since 2018, have sadly moved on however, due to the proximity of this medical centre I have remained a loyal patient here.
The new management decisions leave very little to be desired. Today I had an IUD removed and went to schedule for a new one to be inserted, to be told sorry the doctor who does that here can not provide you with this service as you have not seen her previously. Even though I am an existing patient at this patient.
Very disappointed.

Ochre health Casey is filled with nothing but rude staff and empty words. Nurse Benjamin Jol is rude and condescending to me and my son when getting vaccinated. When i simply tried to discuss this with the practice manager Damian, he was even more rude, barely listened to what i had to say and stated that "that's how the business is" then asked me to leave the leave the practice? Ochre is a poor excuse for a health centre and i suggest no one go to one of these big health chains because they don't care about their patients well-being, all they care about is money.

Took my son in for a vaccination and had Benjamin Jol as the nurse. He was not good with children at all. Didn’t even try to speak to my son. Grabbed and squeezed my sons arm hard and was really forceful. He had an extremely bad attitude and gave me a terrible feeling. I will not be coming back to this practice. If your child is booked in with him, perhaps reconsider.

My son went for 4 month checkup and vaccination. The nurse Benjamin Jol was nothing but rude, pushed my son so harshly to finish panadol and oral vaccine even after he has spit up. This nurse kept making big noise when preparing stuff which scared my son though I had asked him not to. I got NO SORRY from this nurse.

I understand bubs are so young to have control over themselves which make the whole process harder, but people who are working with kids should at least show their professions and patience.

I have been to Casey Medical Centre many times and never had a problem. My son did 6 weeks checkup and immunization here too. Doctors and nurses were all very nice to him, but now these were all ruined. I want to share my experience as a reference to other mums. To Orche Health Casey Medically Centre, people acting as above should not be working as a professional any more.

Some doctors seem quite good, however I have found it very difficult to get follow-up appointments and there is no system in place to fit in acute issues. We had issues with accessing our regular doctor which resulted in my mother being treated with very little respect or empathy by one doctor and the practice manager. As a GP myself I was ashamed at her treatment and won't be returning to this practice!

Very stunned by podiatry fees- two visits - one set of orthotics and I’ve paid over $900. Not covered by my high-end/ gold insurance or Medicare. Both visits about 15 minutes long. Am changing podiatrists.

While there's some great drs there the reception staff are horrid. Barely understand what you need and frequently miscommunicate. I've been going here for years and honestly the front reception staff are enough for me to stop coming.

What you hear is "we are receiving a higher than normal number of calls. "
What it should say is "we have an inadequate number of reception staff. "

I came here on recommendation from a professional. The reception staff are lovely and so is the doctor I see. I would highly recommend this practice

Kind and helpful the doctor
But one thing i didn't like that
Receptionists did not wear mask properly.
One receptionist put on her chin- didn't cover mouth
Other one didn't cover nose.
And one of the receptionists pulling down the mask when she was speaking

I attended a podiatrist appointment today and received good and efficient service. My less than excellent rating is because of delays in gaining this appointment when the regular practitioner became ill and needed to be replaced by another podiatrist.

Fantastic family practice. Caring and professional service by doctors, nursing and Reception. Particular 'big tick ' for Maja on reception. Always friendly and professional.
