Prices are comparable to other options. That's my only gripe - I'll always like to see a cheaper option - who wouldn't? The vehicle was NEW, clean, well kept, fuel efficient, in built navigation, cup holders for coffee based lunatics like myself. Drove to Perth and back in a 3 ton truck and it literally cost me less than $20 for fuel. Staff were friendly, and efficient, and processed the return of my deposit in a timely manner. Pretty damn good.

I recently hired a brand new toyota Hiace from this place. The ladies behind the counter were such a pleasure to deal with and made the all process very enjoyable. Bond was refunded promply after return and inspection of the car. I would highly recommend them.

Staff was rude and unhelpful over the phone, on more than one occasion when trying to sort out a rental.

Excellent price for truck rental for 2 days early in the week, great value and very good truck.

I've been going to their self service car washes for sometime, every time I got there's always something not working properly. I've stopped going after today, change machine not working, most of the vacuum machines not working and no bins for rubbish.what a joke.

I have never used this establishment and after just reading the review from Josh Gomes below, I never will! Absolutely appalling behaviour and abuse from a staff member to a customer. I hope she has been sacked.

I wouldn’t hire a car from this company. I asked for a refund as I didn’t need the caring more and they are totally non-refundable. So now I’ve made a donation to them.

The Carwash There is so good. New machines, plenty of soap or foam, quite generous for the coins u insert.

Found the staff very good to deal with and friendly nothing was to much trouble. Jezebel is an asset to the company.

HOWEVER.make sure you move gear selector to the left side and release and you must observe the letter D appear on the console otherwise you are in manual mode and it won't shift out of first.
I STRONGLY advise checking all tyres for tread.that's the crinkly wavy grooves that you see on the outside of the tyre, the part that touches the road right?
If a tyre is worn so it looks like a racing slick
Remember it's YOU that pays the fine!
Don't rely on the company to check.

Staff friendly enough. Hired the truck on a Tuesday and was told that the $550 bond would be back in my account by the Friday.
Still waiting. Quick to take it from your account but sure are slow to return it.

Easy peasy, no problems at all, paid for truck over the phone, and deposit when we arrived to pick up, dropped truck off when it was closed, popped keys through provided key box and deposit paid back to our account! So well done zippy. Thanku for street free service. I read reviews and was quite nervous too.

Fast, friendly, hassle free & super helpful. The car was great, clean & economical to run. Zippy's completed our great adventure in W. A.with no fuss on our late return. We couldn't have done it without them. Fantastic service by far.

Not very good at all! Started ok, staff were friendly and truck was good. Problem occurred when I wanted my $550 deposit back!

I returned the truck in good condition and fuelled up. I was told it was ok and the money had been transferred. 5 days later no money! (Who knows how long it'll take!)

My friend had a similar issue in Mandurah. Had to ring and remind them to pay the deposit back.

Funny, only took 2 minutes to get the money out of my account!

Never again!
