Zippy Rentals Rockingham

Took over 24hrs to get a call about booking. Booked with another company. Also price advertised was very different to price charged.

Not bad prices and good service from the ladies behind the counter. The car was fairly new and in good condition. Pick up and drop off was easy.

Rented a truck from these guys. Truck was clean and near new. It ran well and didn't cost much in fuel and I drove that thing nearly all day.
Was so impressed I rented another one two days later for a mate.
Strongly recommend if your looking to move yourself

Highly recommend this place, URGENTLY needed to hire a vehicle last minute for 9 days.tania and her staff waited for us after 5pm as they closed at 5. Helpful friendly staff we were not rushed ran through the process so everything after that was smooth sailings their vehicles are always top of the range clean and well maintained

I know someone who hasn't had a vehicle from them for over two weeks and they have taken money out of their bank with no approval, leaving them in the lurch with other costs. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

Need to be upfront with their pricing on their website. Trucks from $129* per day don’t exist. It doesn’t include gst of insurance which you can’t not pay. Stop with this and advertise the minimum price.

A quick, organised no hassle process. Everything went smoothly and explained in full. The Hiace van was a Gem to drive with a heap of space for what we needed. No hesitation to use Zippy again. There is the option to use cash for your Bond.

Wasn't told about exra Kms. When told to pay excuse was the staff member was new. Maybe get the staff trained before talking peoples money.

Staff all sit around smoking and vaping very tacky look this is the third time I've witnessed this. Awkward feeling like you've interrupted.

One girl was extremely snarling clearly hates her job!

The girls were super helpful. The truck was great and the bond refund was given back the same day. Would happily recommend Zippy Rentals

Disappointed with how my recent car hire with Zippy turned out. First, I get charged $ 8 every single day I have their car for having an international licence, yet on the website it said a charge of $20 for non WA licence. Returned the car on time but my bond takes days to be refunded, called the office and was told the bond was processed to wait a few more days it will reflect on my bank out! Waited couple of days nothing reflected! Called again only to be told that we are sorry, it seems we missed to process your bond! Wouldn't go back. The car was good though. Nice and clean and drove well.

Was given a car that had a "No smoking" sign on the windscreen. It really smells of smoke and has a burn mark in the driver's seat. It make me sick after driving for a while but they said their cleaned. Left it in the garage with the windows down and Glen 20. Bit better but not the point I shouldn't have to.

Online says one price and then over the phone it’s more then $100 more with a ridiculous bond fee that’s not disclosed online. Typical Way to scam more money.
Extremely rude over the phone customer service as well.

Do not book with this company they state they have 'transparent terms and conditions' only they are stated no where on their website. They do not tell you any deposit it not refundable when you book so if you have any changes to your plans they stitch you up and do not refund telling you that this is in the 'contract' but they do not give you a copy of the contract and do not state the non refundable thing at time of booking. If they do this when you book how can you trust them when you return your rental. Avoid at all costs

Well that was an experience! I had arranged to return the car after hours.no dramas.well nearly.
The key I had did not work on any of the locks. I was ok no dramas they must have a after hours contact point surely.well no after hours contact point.and that's not just for Rockingham. NO zippy car rental location had an after hours contact number which, in my point of view shocking! Good thing I didn't have a plane to catch.other wise this would of ended differently. (management if you reading this the staff are lovely.the lady on today was litterly perfect.your prices are very good.but let's address this please as I'm sure this is not the first time this has happened.and no I didn't want to leave the car in the outside car park and put the keys in the letter box.not a good idea)

Friendly staff willing to help you out needed a rental asap and they sorted us out. I thought I scratched the bumper so told them and showed them when I returned the car. Turns out the scratch was already there and they were grateful for my honesty (hubby rented it so I didn't know). Can hire trucks and cars there.
[There's a Zippy's car wash further down on Dixon road that u can quickly and cheaply clean the rental b4 returning it. ]

Ladies at front desk were lovely. Very informative and friendly. Hiring the truck was very easy, thank you
