I have used Zen Nails for a couple of years for my nails (both shellac and SNS) and pedicures and love the service I receive. Anh also provides wonderful body massages upstairs. They are very reasonably priced, offer wonderful service and are always smiling!

Best place in Perth for nails! Ever time I go, I walk out happy with the job they have done. The manager Anne is amazing with nails and is always accommodating when booking in. Highly recommend!

Service was lovely, however, don't go here if you want ombre nails! I asked for a pink fade into white and was left with 2 chunks of colour that I had to paint over when I got home because it looked so bad. (I got SNS). I chose a light pink colour as well and she used a hot pink. One of the tips also don't fully cover my natural nail. I'm sure everything would have been fine if I got one colour standard but am disappointed they said they could do ombre if they clearly could not. I would have asked them to redo it if they weren't already assisting another customer and almost closing. Most likely will have to get my nails taken off earlier than I usually do. This made me sad because I was excited to come here after reading all the good reviews.

Zen is my go too nails salon. Really friendly staff and good service. Nails last very long. Also students get a 10% discount. Can’t stress enough extremely friendly staff!

I have been absolutely swamped since going but I promised i would review so here I am, they were so kind and professional all at the same time, I couldn't let myself forget one more time.
I myself had a well needed (to put it nicely) pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails.here's some key points:
- i am extremely self conscious about my feet. I did not even think about that! These ladies were so beautiful & hospitable that I wasn't self conscious for a moment.
- so so patient.it took forever to decide what I wanted, and a few changes of mind, however they didn't huff or puff, they completely accommodated.they made me feel wonderful, beautiful and welcome!

Seriously the best manicure and pedicure in Perth. For a very small fee you can have your own personal box of tools which ensures absolute cleanliness. The staff are absolutely delightful and accommodating. The range of colours and nail styles available is mind blowing and yet the cost of having nails done here is extremely reasonable. I love Zen! Highly recommend it

I came to zen nails in need of some fresh sets of acrylics and the amazing Anne was able to fit me in last minute. Customer service was 1000/1000 honestly best nail tech and the finish product was amazing not only did she stay behind close time she really made me feel like a friend rather than just another customer will definitely be coming back asap

Came here because of so many 5 star reviews and I was extremely disappointed overall. I asked for a manicure and SNS application. When she started to drill off my cuticles, I asked her if we could soak them, use cuticle remover and push them back instead (happy to pay extra if this wasn’t included). She just said no and continued to drill? ! So I’m assuming they don’t even offer a proper manicure service with a wash / exfoliation / cuticle oil etc? Anyway, she drilled off my cuticles which left my nail beds extremely sore and uneven. I even jumped in pain multiple times when she kept hitting the nerves with the drill and she just continued. Their English also isn’t very good at all and the salon looks super dirty an unhygienic. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because nails do actually look nice to be fair, despite the discomfort of my non-existent cuticles. I will not be back.

I’ve just tried Zen nails. I really like that they have a personal toolset for each client. They’re keeping the place clean and the my nails are beautiful. I, ’’ll come back again
