Zen Massage & Nails Lounge

First time to this place. A birthday treat from my daughter and we both had our pedicure. Service is so good. When the owner found out it was my birthday (as I asked if they could take a picture of my daughter and me), the owner ran to the back and came out with a huge muffin with a candle. I was so embarrassed. Would recommend this place - not because I was given a muffin but because all the staff are very nice.

5 stars. Excellent service. They offered me tea or coffee which was a first for a nail salon. Everyone knew your name and offered well wishes as you left. Will definitely be back. Nails are also perfect!

Great salon for SNS and shellac (pictured). The ladies are friendly and their manicures are always perfect. Highly recommend.

Tried Zen for the first time today and had a really good experience, the salon was clean and tidy and the girls working there were really lovely. The girl doing my manicure was very helpful giving tips for people with naturally thin nails like myself, opting to buff my nails instead of drilling to get the remainder of my acrylics off. The service was quick and attentive and the salon had a good atmosphere.

I’ve only ever had great experiences here. The ladies are all so lovely. Highly recommend!

Poor service- Went in wasn’t to sure what the services were. Not from here so wasn’t aware asked the lady didn’t really explain. Some things I did notice is when ever a customer walked in they were asked if they would like anything to drink. Unfortunately wasn’t asked was just told sit and have look at the nail colors they have and there. I Showed them a picture of I would like and they said okay. Had 3 different people do my nails. They were making side comment of where I got my nails done before. Also the service was not the best like all the other customer got a little massage after as well and they just told me to go pay. I actually wouldn’t go back here.

Had a lovely experience! Had SNS on my hands and Shellac on my toes. Really happy with how they look and loved the ambience and lovely staff

Um, seriously.the best service I have ever received at a nail salon. Not to mention I am so in love with my nails. The love, attention and detail that the Manager and staff puts into you/ me individually far out does any other salon I have ever been to. I am happy that I've found my regular nail artist <3

This was my first experience at a nail salon. The staff were friendly and professional. Thrilled with the result. I will definitely return.

I really enjoyed getting my nails done here, the customer service was really good and I love my nails. I showed a photo of the design I wanted and they matched them perfectly.

Had an absolutely great experience here last week. Three of us came in for nails and left with great quality, perfectly lasting gel paint on our real nails. Hannah took great care of us and even brought me about a birthday muffin with a candle as it was my birthday. Lovely service and awesome. Will be back!

I love treating myself to a pedicure at Zen Nails in Subiaco. Right now I’m sitting up in the massage chair, looking out the big window to the tree across the road and the sky beyond, with the cool breeze blowing in the open door while I have a superb foot & lower leg massage and my toenails get freshened up with full attention to detail and lovely fresh colour. What’s not to love? I highly recommend this sensational experience? ️

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Zen Nails this afternoon! Ann and the staff were so lovely, kind and helpful. My nails look amazing, and they were kind enough to give me a student discount + a great hand massage. I would recommend to anyone in Subi and can wholeheartedly say this is my new go-too nail salon:)
