I've been a regular customer and always get the same thing. Today's salad bowl was really stingey and when I asked for a bit more guoc than the tiny bit he put on he charged me extra. $19.90 for a salad! Rip off!
Won't be going back.

This place always slaps. Zambreros is hands down the best quick food option. The veg option is really good, and I could eat this every day.

The workers here are pretty quick at serving anyone, tables and floor is always clean, restroom is pretty clean as well and food is well presented

Loyal customer maybe not anymore extremely rude girl arguing back after portion size was questioned. Scoop was not full on anything. I watched 2 other customers being served by 2 other staff and my burrito was 1/2 the size. Everytime she serves me its never full over it.

The staff member that served me looked miserable and really didn't seem to listen to me as I went through my order.

*I have edited my feedback after a very polite conversation with the owner. Followup and concern was very greatly appreciated, and so I am happy to up my stars from 2 to 4.

We just ate and Stacey is an absolute rock star, on her own when a bazillion people walked through the door, she didn't miss a beat, was polite and upbeat the whole time and processed orders efficiently and accurately.

Give this girl a raise!

Had bad customer service both times I have been. The second time I asked for bean on my nachos & I received beef. I asked for a correction and he blamed me saying that I was wrong. I then just asked for some bean on the side of the one already made. Super rude and not how I would expect a restaurant to behave.

Disgusting customer service skills from the manager.

Wife had a fall, he did call an ambulance. No details taken. No knowledge of HS shown.

No response from e-mails.

Food tastes good I think it’s easier to call or go in store to order. Found it a little bit pricey.

I was put off mexican after an ordinary experience at Mad Mex. The food here is excellent and ill eat again. Service was great.

It's not even worth a star. I've been there twice now (because I like giving people chances) and every time I get charged $12.40 for a burrito that consists mainly of lettuce.really? I'm sorry I won't be going back because that is NOT getting my money's worth. I've been to Zambero's in Hillary's; Joondalup, and Rockingham and each time I get my moneys worth and I don't get charged extra for black rice.
