Zambrero Warnbro

Every time I go here, the staff are so unprofessional and they generally make the worst burritos. I love Mexican food I pretty much eat at gyg and other zambreros every week in the Rockingham area warnbro are by far the worst store. I never leave reviews but after getting another round of poor service and a sub par burrito I just can’t help but leave this here. Avoid the place if you can and either go to Baldivis or go to gyg next door.

Somewhere that once had a 5 star review just told me to go away because they are packing up before closing and won't serve customers. Absolutely pathetic! They literally said go away we want to go home. Disgusting!

Customer service was appalling. Asked her for everything and she only gave me tomato’s. Would not recommend - 1/10 was on a phone call infront of customers. Someone came up for service and she was still on the phone call and just walked away didn’t even say anything to the customer. She threw my food at me and goes ‘ here’

I’ve had zambreros from all over Perth. Warnbro is consistently the worst! Shocking! Very disappointed! As you can see in the pic it was falling apart!

Ordered a nachos… hardly any toppings were put on. I asked multiple times for more of things but started to feel bad as the girl serving me seemed like she was training still but no one corrected her. I eat there most weeks and have never had this problem. It’s not worth paying $14 for just corn chips.

Less than impressed with the portion size very small compared to normally. And I'm extra hungry tonight!

Class food init, amazing service from the young British lad wearing the chip shop shirt. Really helped me get over losing my Grandad. SUUUUIIIII

I do love me some Zombreros, but this particular shop has a girl that is really stingy with the portions. Today I had 7 pieces of diced onion with 9 small pieces of diced tomatoes and almost no sauce. I swear sometimes she's counting as she'll put some back if it looks like too much. It's not coming out of your paycheck, it's coming out of mine, so make it decent.

I usually love Zambreros very much, however tonight I ordered through your app for pick up and didn’t receive what I had ordered. I ordered an IQ burrito but received a classic with the same fillings I chose thank god. Very disappointed as I really only enjoy the IQ. I suggest to carefully read customers orders and triple check, I even checked my app and I did order correctly.

Took $47 for a big salad. Only about 50g of meat in the 2 boxs we ordered and took over 1hr and 30min to be made. Uber was good. He only took 10min to drop it off to us. So all up 1hr and 40mins. Socking

Always doo well. Sometimes when I order they may be out of sumthing but I guess that's cuz I seem to be ordering late at night.

Good food but, the whole burrito fell apart from the bottom. EVERYWHERE like everywhere in me car.it smells like a Mexican household

As per the service on Friday, I received a phone call from the manager today and he was very apologetic about the mishap in regards to the food.

Will definitely be ordering again!

The employee was halfway through making my order when a cockroach crawled out of it and ran across the food before being flicked away going god knows where!
They offered to make a new order I declined and left.
Won’t be back.

Right now this is my favourite take away place. I usually get the chicken box. Meat and salad range is always tasty. Prefer here to kfc, macd or other fast foods.

I went in today after my bad experience of the other day and after the owner contacted me to solve the problem (thank you very much for that and listening to my complaint). So glad to say I got quick and excellent service, just as I remember it to be. Staff was quick to help and very friendly. Beritos were delicious like always. No tablets were in sight and staff gave their attention to the customers, not online orders. I was worried the other day with the bad service I got, but so happy to see that it's back to the way I know it to be. Very relieved actually, because if I don't feel like cooking where else can I run to for a better healthier choice than Zambrero"s and now I won't hesitate in going there but can say with confidence that Zambrero"s is again my nr 1 place to go to for a quick meal for the family. One happy customer, thank you very much.

Orders on line is more important than a customer that made an effort to go in, in person and wanted to order. You stand there, they don't even look in your direction while time ticks away, waited there while there was no other customer for 15 minutes plus, with no one serving me or even greeting me or like I said, they don't even make eye contact. Had to leave, because orders on the tablets are all they care about. I won't download the app and I won't order on line, your door is open so if you want to become a online sales business, close your doors or if you want to keep them open ; get a staff member that serves incoming customers.

I've never been to any other Zambreros but I don't understand some of the reviews here because I got HUGE amounts of everything. Like I ordered nachos with vegan cheese and vegan sour cream and they PILED it on. Often times other places are a bit stingy with vegan stuff but they had HUGE helpings here. I got about two thirds of the way through my nachos and my husband had to help finish it off. We were concerned about the other reviews and almost didn't try it but my need for Mexican food swayed me and I was very pleased: D thanks guys

I had a very bad experience two days ago. I ordered a burrito half and half, I was shocked when I started eating it, there was no kind of meat inside as I was eating a sandwich of rice and salad. I really got disappointed. Won’t go back.
