Zambrero Success

I used to love this place, but the last couple of visits my order has been incorrect fillings wise and the meat portions seem to be almost non existent. Its just not worth the Price anymore.
Also the wait times have increased heaps in the drive through, I go during the quiet times when there is only a couple of people there but the wait at the speaker box is really long.

Always friendly and clean and burritos packed with goodness.

Would love them to bring back the loyalty card tho!

Got classic bowl with only rice, chicken, cheese and beans and asked them to fill it up with extra rice and chicken and paid extra too but the quantity was half. Also bought some quesadillas with almost no filling inside

Great service, very tasty burriots and the nachos are too good! Highly recommend anyone who wants a good Mexican take away experience

Success zambrero genuinely was the worst tasting thing I have ever eaten, the burtito was hot but cold hard but soft and looked like it was wrapped by a 4 year old, had some red mushy stuff that I didn’t ask for, had the same texture as vanilla and a sausage

I've been to other Zambrero restaurants and they're all good although the Success restaurant seems to offer a better product. I'm very happy to recommend this business.

3rd time in a row iv been here and they have messed up my order can’t count how many times in total. Iv spoke to the manager and it almost seems like they don’t care because there used to it. I just take one bite to check and it’s almost always wrong and I speak clear English. Today I asked for guacamole and garlic sauce and got sweet chilli and no guacamole and they charged me for the guacamole. Not sure who’s training up these employees but there very poor

First time I visited this place and staff were very patient helping me with my choices. Loved the burritos

Just went by the drive-thru and the young lady working served me a really well done IQ burrito.

I go every Wednesday evening and I’m always served by a lovely young girl named Brooklyn. Her customer service is the BEST I’ve ever had! She always has a smile on her face and it's always a pleasure seeing her!

So good to see that we still have such amazing young people like her in this world!

Went through the drive through as usual, ordered a small burrito with no corn and they confirmed with me that that was what i ordered.only to find when I get home that the only salad that they did put in was corn! Very unhappy

Kind staff, excellent quality, generous serving. Charity to the needy, happy to be part of this community. I support humanitarian based businesses

They tend to stuff too much into each serve. You need to tell them to go easy or your burrito will end up so large you can't get your mouth around it. I couldn't finish it. It would be more enjoyable with smaller quantities and fewer ingredients. I'll know next time.

Customer service was 10/10 the boys behind the counter were polite and when our burrito wraps tore they rewrapped them. Could not fault them!

We bought vege burrito around 9'clock, black rice half cooked, hard to eat, I wasted my money.

Being my local Zambies gotta say I'm disappointed with how often they get my order wrong. If you're not getting everything in your burrito, they will ask what you would like in the most inefficient way. Gotta say though the quality of their ingredients is top tier but they're also the most frugal in serving size.

Good healthy food but meat is bland tried pork and beef both taste like they came from a packet and microwaved. Tolerable but not what you'd expect for the price otherwise rest was nice

Loved the service. Loved the food. Taste explosion in my mouth with an overload of flavours. Not shy with the quantity either. Both quality and quantity - what more could I ask for!

Really nice tasting food, kids loved their mini nachos, me and my partner really enjoyed our burritos.

Ordered through Menulog for my wife and child, half way through her burrito she pulls out someone else's hair, I called the store immediately to inform them and was told there was no manager in store the girl on the phone, although pleasant was far too casual, offered no apology and offered a replacement of that particular meal. Obviously we do not trust the people making our food so a replacement is not acceptable. This is a massive waste as I threw our child's meal out as well as my own as it appears the store's hygiene practices are not in check.
