Zambrero Success

Staff was very friendly. Main thing i like these guys gives really good quantity. I tried many other zambrero Rockingham, Warnbro, baldivis, in city. Their quantity way way less then thses guys. I will recommend everyone try once. Only one thing i didn’t like zambrero change chicken taste. But its not store fault. Love to come back

Haven't been here for 8 months or so as had a few really bad orders (inedible due to being partly frozen still). Decided to give them another go as used to like Zambreros.

Food is a lot better, but I ordered chicken nachos and got beef. Didn't realise till I got home. Wont be back.

Lately you guys have been messing up every order l get. Pick up your game it’s not hard to put all the ingredients on. Used to love the food here but now it’s just not worth it when 9/10 times there’s something wrong.

Edited: one star. Down from the whopping two I gave it last time. Decided to givethus place one more chance because it actually used to be really good. Won’t be coming back. Used to eat from here once a week and looked forward to it but now I’m just disappointed and angry every time I get served a pile of mess. Always missing at least one of the ingredients. Always a mess. Always disappointing. Guess I’ll just start getting gyg…. Don’t go here….

Amazing food and very competent and friendly staff, but sheesh the restaurant area is colder than a fridge and not a single person eating in there due to the freezing temperature of the aircon in winter.

I was appalled at the attitude of the staff member today when asking about using the store’s toilet facility.
I was told in no one certain terms that no matter how much it was needed, it could not be used.
I think in exceptional cases, this rule should be waived and management are severely remiss for having such draconian rules in place.
I will not be returning to this establishment, where I’m sure the food also reflects the overall rudeness of the staff member today - and his lack of professionalism.

No matter how many times I tell myself I'm not going back. I do. And they still always, I mean ALWAYS get my order entirely wrong.

Other Zambreros are great. This location in particular is just very.very bad.

Weird things in my food (it was pasta one time?), huge chunks of salad, way too much sauce, strange tastes (like something's off), not listening to special requests.

Had to use their restroom as I was bicycling past. I ended up having a Big Burrito for lunch. It was BIG, and it was tasty. I also thought it was good value as well. Staff were friendly, and they weren't shy in packing in the ingredients.

Hit and miss.

Sometimes you'll get someone who'll charge your correct order $3 cheaper, other times youll get your order completely incorrect whilst having to listen to the teen employees plans for having a rager of a weekend when they get off work.

Online order through drive thru is a plus though.

Tried drive thru for the first time but when I got home to eat it, I found out it was missing the jalapenos. Thought the sauce was missing too but somehow it was all at one end of the burrito. Disappointing.

Disgusting service served with disgusting food. Firstly when we got to the drive through window the kids were talking badly about customers as we were sitting there. Secondly asked for only rice and meat in a burrito but instead got home and there was everything in it, including jalapeños. Will never be going back.

In store.friendly and clean and burritos packed with goodness.

Order online.disappointing.
Suddenly crushed corn chips cost and so does a second sauce. I'm store these are free additions.
The burritor is smaller with less filling.probably because you are not watching them make it and the most recent time, mine did not have avocado.
They also incorrectly labelled the burritos and labelled the vegetarian one chicken and the chicken one vegetarian which is a sad mistake to bite into, especially as one has been vegetarian their whole life. Unacceptable label mistake.

Would love them to bring back the loyalty card.

Usually have no issues here went through drive through tonight however and had interesting service then got my burrito home and it had the start of mould growing on parts of wrap. Confirmed with partner to be sure.

Disgusting! Went through the drive thru when there was still an hour & a half left of them being open to be told cash only. I went & got cash out & came back as I’d had a big day, it was late & I was starving. Started ordering just to be told they only had black rice, whatever I was hungry so I said all good. The girl then says do you want everything on it, I replied no & told her what I wanted (not difficult and not alot). She was rude, interrupted and cut me off, I then get out onto the freeway to open my burrito to very undercooked HARD rice, a burrito full of lettuce & guacamole (I didn’t ask for either) and nothing I had asked for on it, besides the meat. It was disgusting, looked slapped together. What a rip off when you pay $15 and they can’t even get an order right or have half the stuff because they are too lazy.
Absolutely disgusting, won’t be returning & won’t be recommending that place to anyone either.

Supervisor is so arrogant and she refused to talk with us about their service she sent the staff to talk with us. Poor service

Staff vaping out the back of the food prep area and they forget to mark the order. Told lies about remaking the order, they just opened them up and then re wrapped. They totally fell apart when we ate them. Gave them a second chance but same thing happened.

This has to be the worst Zambrero franchise, its a 50/50 chance they will get your order incorrect and the burrito will always be poorly wrapped. Customer service is also lack luster. Go to Guzman up road.

Walking In? - Give it a go, it's the usual zambreros taste (just slightly more bland compared to other stores somehow)

Ordering Online? - Find a different store. If you just want the stock standard burrito, no extras, very little filling then they have you covered.

If you're after anything like the IQ, or Power versions of your meal of choice, or just want some extras on your burrito. Think again, they will be missed.

I've been fair and given them a few shots with online orders as everywhere can make mistakes, but to get it wrong 3 times in a row on completely different dates is an indicator something is wrong.

This place used to be good, but either management have changed or they are really struggling for decent staff since covid hit. Onto the a new store for reliable Mexican it is.

The drive thru is very quick, youll get your food by the time u drive from the speaker to the window ever

Taste so bad nothing taste fresh at all doesn’t look appetising hardly any beef couldn’t even finish my nachos will always go to guzman after this

Just spent 10 minutes in the drive thru thinking they'd forgotten about us, to come to realise they closed much earlier than the time that is advertised. Because they have an automated message saying that they'll be back in 2 minutes. What a waste of time not only for us but everyone else who lined up behind us too!
