Zambrero Melville

Usually a good place to go but when you finish work and you have time to get there as the website says they close at 9.30pm and it says that on their door as well, it’s quite disappointing when you get there at 9: 05 and it’s closed. This has happened a few times now so I must say that either change the times of closing on both the door and website or plain and simple stay open until the designated time so you don’t waste your customers time

The staff service was extremely poor at 6pm yesterday. No smile or greetings while I politely waited to be served and even while I was being served. Won't go back again. I recommend the staff take notes from Manning Zambreros as their customer service is exceptional.

Fast service, if you want fast food Mexican that is.if I knew about this, I would have gone to other Mexican restaurants.

Often buy the burritos from Zambrero and have found this Melville place to be one of the least generous with ingredients so far. If you didn't watch them put the meat in you wouldn't know it was there! Mad Mex is so much better and much more generous.stop being so stingy to try and get the client to have to order extra meat, it's off-putting.

I was told the slow-cooked Barbacoa beef and the lamb here were one of the best in Zambrero Perth. Yes, indeed, the meat was not hard but surprisingly soft, tender and well cooked. I hope the chef who cooked these dishes will be forever serving here. Haha.

The female staff member who helped me was great! But the male server clearly has no respect for older females and tried to RUSH the service for the two aggressive (hungry?). (we're all hungry) males who came in just after me. I wasn't slow. Just reasonably making my way along to complete my purchase. Just very obnoxious. Train your staff to have empathy and treat all customers with respect

Yesterday I came into this Zambreros restaurant at 1: 50 pm (26/10) and received the best customer service i think ive ever received in any restaurant from the girl working, she deserves a raise:)

I normally enjoy coming to this chain, but I was very disappointed when I got a power bowl and was given a very small portion of black rice and pork and instead just got around 2/3 of the bowl just filled with lettuce, if I wanted lettuce for lunch I could have gotten it at the store for less than $5. I feel very ripped off

Today i had a bad experience with this branch, I found out the food there is not clean, and need to look at, because I found a bug in my food, straight away I told one of the staff and he said to me sorry, after that he left me. Can't believe how rude is that. I never been in this situation before. I put the food in the bin and I walked away to send this review. For the people who are looking for clean food don't even think to visit this branch.

Staff were to busy socialising with each other to greet me when I entered and then continued to finish their conversation while I stood at the counter waiting awkwardly to be served

Distracted staff, bad prep, small servings. But the 1 star is for the lack of hairnets and food safety. Absolutely disgusting.

Always a satisfying meal at any of the locations, but unfortunately today it wasn’t quite up to par compared to my recent experience at another nearby Zambrero.

The staff member seemed a bit over it and didn’t really do a great job with preparing the various ingredients of the dish.

Other than this, the venue was clean and welcoming.

Ordered food through Uber Eats. Arrived incorrect. Cold. Inedible. Tried calling several times and they just terminated the call before I could even talk to them.

I've changed my rating from 1 to a 3. After writing initial comment above, I contacted manager who turned out to be the regional manager. She organised very quickly a staff member to deliver our correct order. It was lovely. Thank you Donna for getting onto this immediately. I hope the phone issues are sorted soon for you.

Came here for a late lunch today.
The staff were absolutely wonderful and the owner should be very happy that the girls working there (today) are very friendly, attentive and fast working.

The store is clean and well looked after. Plenty of seating inside with a good atmosphere for eating alone or with others.

I’ve always found Zambreros to be much more expensive than other burrito stores but that is nothing against THIS particular store so couldn’t mark down in good conscience. Regardless if still come back here for sure!
