Everyday I eat Zambrero. Everyday the cost of vegan bowl is $13.90. And for the sausage the staff charged me extra. They have their different rules for this store. Wow. Thank you to the staff. Never come back on this food restaurant. Shame on you.

Ordered online and went to pick up at estimated time. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes getting ignored. Finally someone asked what we were there for and we gave them our order number and they couldn't find it so had to start again. The whole process took 50 minutes from ordering to getting our food. Got home and they got 5 out of 7 things ordered wrong.

Normally the service is fine for a takeout place and the food is quite tasty but tonight the service was terrible. I ordered through the web site and the staff were quite rude when I was picking up my meal especially when I was trying to confirm if it was my complete order. I should have persisted as when I got home I found they forgot 3 out of 4 tacos in the order. Now trying the ring the store it goes to a voicemail box that isn't even set up. Highly annoyed!

Came in at around 8: 30, all chairs up and all girls were huddled in the back laughing and talking and presumably vaping, had to call out in order for them to notice. Just don’t think people preparing food should be vaping next to food they will be serving to others.

Such poor customer service. Staff chatting to eachother and then once I was finally served she looked so incredibly miserable. Smallest servings I've received from a zambreros yet

The staff member there who always looks miserable gives very small portions. Unfrotunately I always seem to get served by her. Not sure it's worth the price for such a small amount of food.

Came in 20 minutes before close. Understandable why the girl was cleaning. But waited a bit to for her to wipe the serving benches.a hi would be nice or a please give me second. But besides the point. She wore gloves to wipe the bench’s with a rag but didn’t change her gloves to make my burrito. Completely grossed out, after watching her wipe the benches with those gloves then wipe the dirty gloves over my food. Gloves are used to reduce the contamination of food, but really no point if they aren’t getting changed between cleaning and serving.

A poorly managed unhygienic venue.

Stoked I turned around and didn’t order anything after being ignored by 3 staff members and discovering the detritus that enveloped the make up area of my would be dinner.

When I entered the store there were 4 staff members in the store. I waited quite a while and none of the staff members even acknowledged that I was there waiting to be served. There were no other customers in the store yet still I was completely ignored. It was only after the staff member at the cash register greeted one of her friends who had just come into the store that I asked whether I could be served. Furthermore, when I finally was served, the staff member seemed unhappy to serve me. All the staff members in the store did not seem very friendly and none of them smiled. Furthermore, I was given a very measly amount of guacamole on both of the burritos that I ordered. For 2 dollars each per extra I expected more than a small teaspoon worth given that an entire avocado costs 2 dollars at the supermarket. This is the worst customer service I've received at a Zambreros store and I am very disappointed about my experience here. I can't say I will be returning.

When my partner and i went into zambrero myaree for dinner this evening.we didn’t have the experience we were hoping for.surprisingly, the female manager messed up our order.we ordered a small chicken burrito and a large lamb burrito but we got in the car and realised we got a small lamb and a large chicken.so we had to drive back to tell them.we also ordered a large nachos which the female manager begun to make, cooked in the grill then forgot about them.we watched her, she started making other peoples orders whilst our nachos were sitting on the bench half made.when we made our complaint this manager was starring at us, looking very blunt.she did not apologise at all for her TWO mistakes.the young boy at the counter was the one to apologise.i think if you’re going to make someone manager, they need to know what they’re doing and be polite and at least apologetic to customers.ver y disappointing, especially for a MANAGER.do better.

"Sorry for the wait, we're a bit busy" if 2 people to you is busy, I'm very worried. You should not be providing online ordering as you can never abide by the ready by time, nor even start making the order within said time. I ordered online and stood in store for almost 20 minutes, this isn't the first time either and it's the same lame excuse. People order online so we can show up just before the food is to be ready and then go.

The employee looked at me in the back but did not serve me I waited 5 minutes. Was also inconsiderate and rude towards my friend who was visiting zambreos for their first time. Music was very loud, explicit, provocative and there were children present.

Multiple times I've ordered pickup through Menulog because I have a sleeping infant in the car (that way I can just run in and out before someone thinks I've abandoned my baby in the car).
Nearly every time I get there and they've not started making it yet.
The most recent time I came back in after another 10mins and 2 of the 3 staff were chatting while my order hadn't been started still.
At least the food is good

Sunday at 6.35pm,
Every thing empty, very bad customer service.
Usually I buy at Subiaco shop and receive dabble of receive today at Melville.

Today i took power bowl, the staff were not friendly or nice, every day is not a Sunday so its ok. But, when i started having the salad, there was sand, and it was disgusting when chewing.a great disappointment
