58 Our favourite, however lettuce this order had gritty stuff in both meals, a lot of gritty stuff, we removed as much as possible but it wasn't pleasant.
I called the shop and asked for manager to let them know to check Lettuce in rest of meals for today, talked to young manager who advised Lettuce is purchased pre packaged and doesn't get washed but he would check and wash the Lettuce.
Have been going to various zambrero’s for years and not once have I been charged for substituting the white rice for beans in my bowls. However when I went last week, they said they would charge me an extra 50c. If it’s part of your “store policy” then why is it rarely enforced and only at the canning vale store? This, rude staff, and abysmal portion sizes mean I am never coming here again.
If customers tick the utensils option in uber eats it means they need it! Sorry how m supposed to eat it now? Nd please put drinks in bag along with food instead of hands of uber driver!
I placed an order for a Burrito Bowl. I asked for less Rice and more Beans, and no Onions but extra Tomatos. At checkout, I discovered I had been charged 50 cents for extra Beans, and 50 cents for extra Tomatos. I pointed out that I had simply asked to substitute a little more of one item and less or none of another, and that I had not asked for anything that would have used or cost the company one bit more.
The person behind the counter said that didn't matter and that was the company rules.
Well, so much for old fashioned things like fairness and customer service.
Go cheat someone else Zambreros
Not bad overall, I ordered tacos and nachos, the beef put inside looked like mush, but actually not the worst thing I’ve eaten. Great amount of customisation, you can choose almost every element of the food. You could have everything or nothing with that nachos. Staff were friendly, my first time here and the staff member walked me through the process. However, must work on cleanliness, when I went to get a seat, one table was still dirty, may have been recent, but still a dirty table. There was also a broken window near the entrance, should take care of that. Overall, not bad!
Third time I have got home and found that I have not received what I paid for. The drive through is an absolute nightmare after having to repeat the same two orders multiple times, I think they just made it up hoping I would go away. Which I have. Permanently. 10/03/21 6.38pm
Good option for a late night meal.
Price was good and portion size reasonable.
Flavour was a little lacking.
Got Nachos bowl with chicken,
The lady who served me was very friendly and knew her products really well, her recommended combination was really good and delicious.
My friend enjoyed an IQ bowl, the lady who served my friend was ok.
Always a great go to when in the mood for a tasty meal with fresh ingredients. Lamb option is a treat.
We went there at 8.20pm and were refused service again. They have a habit of closing the front early making everyone go through drive-thru which is fine if you aren't in a truck. The manager is just rude when we explain our situation.
Ordered on uber eats, lovely food, even got a little container of complimentary chips. Very grateful:)
I’ve never had an issue with Zambrero, they’ve always had fantastic service and the food is always beautifully presented. Always tastes great!
One time I ordered via Uber and the Uber driver accepted our order and was only suppose to be 20 minutes, he ended up being 1 and a half hours late but the staff member at Zambrero managed my complaint very well, she assured me that they will not prepare my food until the Uber driver had arrived so my food will still be warm, she even called me to let me know when he had left and even asked him why he took so long! Apparently he was just accepting orders left, right and centre and cancelling them. I was online contacting Uber Eats support team while this was going on because by that point I just wanted my money back and to pick my food up myself. The Zambrero lady made sure I was updated and aware of what was going on and was extremely helpful and the food ended up coming beautifully prepared as always and fresh/warm.
Could not fault them at all, thank you Zambrero and thank you to the wonderful staff member who helped me with my issue.
Ordered countless times, and also on deliveroo - so good! Wrote the cutest message on the bag! Never got my order wrong! <3
Delicious gauc was served by a lovely girl named maddie. She made the best bowl ive ever had. Definately recommend this zambes, was very friendly and helpful. She even gave my dog a treat:)

One start for poor management, poor customer service.people were talking in back kitchen instead of service.over charged on my regular order and got nothing for value of money. Had exceptional customer services in past and it’s my always go to place but now I’m not gonna go back in there.
Disappointed with how my burrito was wrapped. Normally i have a great experience but unfortunately not this time round

Food was amazing as always. We were served by Stella who showed excellent customer service. She interacted with us very nicely and was very welcoming.
Love the burritos, super filling, very good value for money. The staff here at canning vale are super friendly and were very helpful with the couple before us who had never had zambreros before. 10/10 recommended
Ok so we order food only to see that the food has arived with a bag of food missing, we orderd 3 nachos and we got 2 one that has no meat and one that is sloppy and inetibbal, we also order a breto and it tasted horribal.
We callee to ask what the hell is going on and you guys couldent do any thing because "you forgot to give it to the driver! " And couldent get it sent here, i usaly love your food but i am really disapointed in the quality and the service.
