58 Just purchased two burrito bowls & two regular burritos got home to open half empty bowls very poor customer service I have tried to call no answer voice mail
It's unacceptable
I made a Door Dash order at 9: 30 after I had finished work as I wanted dinner and knew i wouldn't make it to the store in time. 10 minutes later and my order still has not been confirmed (keep in mind they don’t accept delivery orders after 9: 40). I am not happy I understand it was TEN MINUTES before they finished delivery orders but it does not take that long to make a burrito. I've ordered many times from here and have never had a problem, this was really disappointing.

A gentleman with disabilities was ordering a meal and the lady who was working behind the counter was extremely kind and patient with helping him.
Really disappointed in the price jump. I used to pay $6.40 or something for a small nachos now it's jumped to $11.90. And it's the same size. I understand prices go up but that price jump is ridiculous!
The guy with the chains served me and he was elite. Great service and great food, would highly recommend
I literally laughed at the nachos. I mean if you guys served chips in one and the rest of the fillings in another container what is the whole point?
This was HORRIBLE. I ordered a burrito but I wish I hadn’t, there was barely any sauce that I forgot i picked some, the chicken was so grey and mushy and the burrito was literally made into halves? One side was rice and one side was chicken. Horrible distribution and terrible quality food I would never eat here again.

Consistently get our order wrong, appreciate that it gets remade but it's a giant waste of our time having to constantly go back.
I have been a regular client of Zambrero Canning vale for a few years. I have taken somewhile to write this review, as I was gathering some information to understand the changes to Zambrero Canningvale. I now understand there is a new owner who is a middle aged lady who I have not seen working on the floor before. Being the owner, she has the worst people skills and am totally concerned about how the staff are treated here. The manner to which she spoke to the staff aggressively in front of customers is absolutely disgusting and fear a future claim of bullying and harrasment will be in play for her. This review is to make sure she reads this and gets appropriate training to understand Fair work Place and what Bullying and Harrasment entails in the work space. This is also to make sure the staff and parents who allow their children to work here get educated on the above. I suggest Zambrero to develop a training so that leaders of the business and staff need to complete a Fair workplace module so that there is education around this. I cannot tolerate business owners who have such ego and tolerate their staff this way. Your best not to work in your business and employ managers that have the right people skills. Shame
Order pickup has been short itemed and had to struggle to get the missing stuff by visiting them again. Called them many times and never picked up just recorded answers. Food is good and got my missing items at last.
This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered take away from the drive through where they have screwed up my order. Paid a premium for IQ salsa and guacamole, and specifically said no sour cream. No IQ salsa, no guacamole and plenty of sour cream. Called up the restaurant when I got home and had zero customer service from the store manager, who merely said come back and get a refund. For a 20 mins drive, no thank you! Especially if this is the third time of getting my order wrong. Poor service and will not be returning!
Love Zambrero and there is nothing better than getting a generously packed burrito plus friendly service!

Fast fresh mexican, best option for healthy T/A. Accommodated lots of changes for dietry requirements. Beans and cauliflower mixed together, a new discovery, super yum on Nachos.
Went to this canning vale zambrero when we placed our order WE WERE THE ONLY CAR THERE. And still our order is not correct. When we placed our order the lady who took our order repeated it to us correctly so we thought if she could repeat it correctly she could make it correctly but i was definitely wrong and we travel 20 mins to get to this zambrero so when we came home and looked at our order we were definiTely disappointed. And the worst part was the wrap. How are supposed to eat it? It was one car 2 things to make and they couldn’t even make that properly. There is no way i am going back to this zambrero ever again. The food is pricey and in return this is what we getting. Both the orders wrong and the way they wrapped the burrito like come on we have to eat it at least wrap it in a clean way.
So yesterday i wanted to get Zambrero, knowing that it wasn't going to be a good ideas but wanted to give it a try, went in, ask for a bowl, got serve and then i realized something was missing, ask the guy "where is the beans" he replied "oh sorry about that we run out of bean", ok, so I'm paying the same price but no beans? You count the amount of corn, the amount of salsa? When I ask for something more, " that would be an additional cost" and then turn is back and went in. That's the only food shop i would not get anything from AGAIN!
PS: if you are mate with the person serving you, you get a 10 star review and I wonder how you are feeding the poor from your plate to plate challenge.hummm
Terrible place, never get the orders right. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes waiting to place an order and some worker comes out and says sorry we’re closed and puts a cone in the way and walks off, terrible customer service.
The drive through service here is terrible. On multiple occasions I have ordered a burrito with added guac. I paid the extra 2 dollars to find no guac in it. Basically scamming money off customers.
Always a great experience, food is made exactly to order and is fresh and tasty! The staff are always very helpful too:)
