I just wanted to give a shout out to the incredible team at EVH Emergency Vet Hospital in Wangara. After my dog collapsed in the garden yesterday, they were super fast to check for signs of anaphylaxis, their triage was very quick, and they were incredibly thorough. The lovely woman behind the counter was even keeping me calm by distracting me. I can't recommend them enough! My dog is very much on the mend thanks to their quick response, and high level of professionalism.

Our kitties local vet and where we adopted them both, this surgery is always busy but staff are always helpful and sympathetic in spite of scritches from nervous cats. Totally recommended! The meals on the wall outside are worth seeing even if you have no pets.

Was informed by the polite receptionist that Katrina was their professional dog groomer and had much experience grooming Samoyeds, so gladly made an appointment with her.

Upon arrival, Katrina greeted us with a blunt "Is this your dog for grooming? "
At 8: 30am, there was no "Good morning", "Hello", or "How are you? ".

Over the next 15 minutes, Katrina pointed out all the problems with my dog's hair (knots, dirt). She continuously highlighted how bad it was and questioned why I hadn't taken better care of him! I informed Katrina that our dog goes to a groomer every month, but none have done a great job.

Katrina quoted 'a couple hundred dollars' to have my dog groomed with her. Then repeated all the issues with my dog's hair once more, insinuating I did not take enough care of my dog. I asked if she could just give him a bath, condition and trim his nails, but Katrina said his fur will "never" dry. Interesting.
No discretion was practiced while other patients in the waiting room heard her all her implications.

A business exists because you have a solution to my problem. I know what's wrong with my dog's hair, and I expect a "professional" groomer to speak to me about a solution and do it. Katrina reluctantly gave me 1 recommendation (which was to go elsewhere).

Katrina had no hesitation telling me about my dog's problems and my failures in an unfriendly and unwelcoming way, so I have no hesitation telling the community about Katrina's problems.
