Very good staff and vets best I ever seen.
And have looked after all my animals. 20 out off 10 I would say

We have been coming here for over 20 years with various pets. The older vets some of whom have left were awesome. The newer vets are not as good. They talk in circles trying to get you to spend more money, and if you don't, they make you feel like a bad parent. I try to go with an older vet when I can. I miss the excellent service and compassion. Thank goodness Jason is still there.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Your Pets Vet Inglewood. Every time I take my dog to the vet shes distressed (no doubt due to poor training from your truly when she was younger). The team have always been so wonderful and patient while she calms down until she can be looked at. Thank you all. I know its difficult sticking to timeframes with these issues and I just want to say I and Mayhem appreciate the team so much for going that step further. - Mike

Called recently to get the email address for the clinic and the receptionist Savannah answered the phone sighing and was extremely rude when providing the contact information - which was not listed on the website and I HAD to call. Would rate 0 stars if I could, I would never take my pet to a clinic where even the receptionist was so rude and aggressive. Would not trust them to care for my pet.

Amazing vet, we have been going here for years and can never fault them in any way.

My dog sadly passed away a couple years ago and they called me to check on him the following week. When I told reception he had died over the weekend, the vet personally messaged me afterwards which really stuck with me. Very caring.

The whole team are helpful, supportive and understanding. They have been there when we needed them and go above and beyond to provide support.

We had a quick emergency visit after a bee sting. Great vets, very friendly and attentive and sorted our pup out.

Our local vet and where we adopted Miss Ruby, this surgery is always busy but staff are always helpful and sympathetic in spite of scritches from nervous cats. Totally recommended! The murals on the wall outside are worth seeing even if you have no pets.

The team at yourpetvet were great and compassionate when putting our little rat bilbo down, going as far as sending us a card in the mail afterwards sharing their sympathy.

We've taken our two dogs there for shots and nail trims for the last few years. Always very helpful and knowledgeable

I travel from SOR to Inglewood because I appreciate and trust the team. Have never felt pressured to buy any products or being spoken down to, unlike one major veterinarian franchise.

Great, caring, positive and friendly people and very well priced which all are so important to me. After moving close to the area I entrust Your Pets Vet with my fuzzy little guys and am a very happy customer! Thank you so much!

Not a good visit for us. Labelled my dogs medication wrongly. Had to chase up the urine test.
We have changed vets.

Contacted this vets on behalf of my partner who stated she had not heard anything from them with regards to one of our fur babies and more information from results.
Left them my contact number and email address to get in contact with me with regards to results of a urine and blood test. Still never heard anything back and definitely never had a missed call or email from them.
Unsure whether it was a miscommunication somewhere (possibly new staff or busy) but I would not recommend if you are worried about your pets and wanting to hear back from them in a hurry (albeit ever).

Cute and friendly vet practice. The Opthalmology referral vet, Dr Robert Harris, is lovely. He always gives my doggo lots of schmackos and gives us the bag to take home.

Love these guys been looking after our pets for over 20 years, they really care about pets, you guys are awesome, Patch said thank you for his dental treatment and removing the grass sead.

I have taken my dog to a number of vets in Perth and this is BY FAR the best. The staff are friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable. Honestly could not rate this place highly enough. 10/10.
