Yallingup Beach Holiday Park reviews
43 If you care about the safety of your children do not book here. Facilities in need of a serious clean, both bathrooms have had the code lock system broken allowing anyone to enter and overpriced at $85 per night on a dirt site. We had items stolen from the bathroom by someone who wasn’t staying at the camp, when reported to staff they couldn’t care less.
I am considering reporting this to consumer affairs as I am beyond appalled and horrified with this.
Powered site was very dirty and unkept. Toilet facilities in need of a thorough clean also laundry. Old camp kitchen was more like an old shed and needed to be demolished. Definitely overpriced for 2 adults in. November $65. Certainly won’t be back
Amenities are a bit old but the location is incredible. Bbqs with view of the sunset over the ocean!
Aside from ablution block overflowing (not the park's fault), generally the cleanliness was terrible. Hair and band-aids in the showers, bins overflowing, tried to report it to counter staff and they were disinterested at best. Good location close to the kids park and track to the pub was convenient, but wouldn't stay there if cleanliness and service was a priority.
First time at this park and it's location is just perfect. Entry at night can be a bit tricky as it's not well lit. We stayed in a ocean view cabin and it's location and view to ocean was fantastic. The cabin however was somewhat disappointing, on the plus it was clean with a great a/c heater, comfy bed with loads of extra blankets and pillows and nice little porch to sit out on and enjoy the sunsets. The negatives was that it was very dated, no lounge area, TV mounted high on the kitchen wall, uncomfortable chairs and a tad dated. The worst was that the curtains didn't close properly in any room especially the bedroom with the window backing onto the rest of the park. Was it value for money and would we stay there again - yes and sure would, we'd just go a little more prepared.
We stayed in the Sea side cabin for 2 nights. The stay was wonderful and memorable. Sea side cabins have very nice view of the ocean and also their is a way directly to the beach.
My lil daughter liked the room very much as it had bunk beds.
Overall a very nice hotel in a awesome location.
We enjoyed our stay at Tasman Holiday Parks. I will rebook and recommend to friends.
Pros: Green grass, good sites for camping, clean shower and toilet facilities, hot water, washing lines, great sunset bbq area with an amazing view, bbq clean and area tidy, communal kitchen had all the essentials, loved the herb garden, great trees so nice amount of shade, of course location is the best!
Cons: unfortunately we booked three camping sites together but that was changed because another customer wanted to move onto our site and somehow the office gave it to them, all changed before we arrived, but office apologetic and we got a choice of remaining sites, but we weren’t together. Bathrooms could use a renovation. Kitchen could use some more soap, and in the bathrooms the hand soap lower for kids to access.
What a beautiful spot, nice and quiet area super close to the beach. Rooms where nice and clean and BBQ area has the best views I've ever seen. There is nothing like eating breakie or dinner listening to the waves crashing around you.
Up there with my top 5 places I've stayed in Australia.
Great location, very helpful when we asked if they had any other sites available, showers and toilets could be cleaned more often especially with the amount of people there during school holidays.
Great place
Have been coming for many years 20+
Friday night entertainment singers are brilliant
Management and all workers are very helpful and friendly
Keep up the great work.
I wasn’t at the Holiday Park, but this view is just across the road, so I guess the park has a pretty glorious view
Such a nice place, across from the beach. Pet friendly, good facilities.
Great cabins, perfect for young families
No issues with this place. Cabins are dated but still quite nice. Definitely family orientated so couples not so much. Lady on the front desk is lovely and helpful. Sights are good and so are the services.
Great spot overlooking Yallingup lagoon. Great facilities and a range of accommodation options. BBQ area is sweet.
Dont know what has happened to this park, we have stayed here about 20 times and never had reason to complain before.
The old toilet block had a revolting smell of stale urine as the urinal hasn't been cleaned properly for ages, having a shower was not a pleasant experience because of the smell, why only 1 clothes hook in each shower, the others had fallen off and never been replaced.
Rubbish bins were emptied every 3 days and stunk, no liner bags in bins so even when they were emptied they still stank. BBQs were constantly out of gas and people were not happy. This is one of the most expensive caravan parks in WA and you would expect more.
Great Spot, nice and clean Campingsite! The Team is very friendly. We traveld 5 weeks in Australia and it was one of the top Campingareas. The toilettes etc.were clean and the campkitchen offered everything you need (petite but clean). We stayed at Nr. 55 and had lot of space!
Yallingup Beach Holiday Park, part of the Tasman Holiday Park group, is a popular location for a camping holiday across the road from the stunning Yallingup Beach.
The park is suitable for caravans, camping, glamping, swags and cabin hire and has these facilities:
• Powered sites
• Two clean toilet & shower blocks
• Free BBQ facilities
• Camp kitchens
• Lots of shady trees
• A well maintained park
• Beach access 100m to Yallingup Beach
Walking distance to Caves House Hotel, a great venue for a drink, a meal and watching a live band.
If you are lucky you might bump into a kangaroo or two feeding on the grass at night! At night time don't forget to look up to the sky and see the amazing display of stars unaffected from light pollution. ️
A wonderful location for a holiday park unfortunately the sites are so very close to each other giving no space between campsites. #Officially_perth
Location is fantastic, couldn't ask for better, unfortunately the toilet blocks were dirty, and tired
Horrible, paid top dollar to stay in a sea view cabin that has no air con. They were extremely small and a lot of things that were broken inside cabin. TV did not work, shower leaked badly, fridge door jammed on wall. No gas in any of the four barbecues that were next to us. People were standing there with meat and no where to cook. Went to inform people at the reception and got the door slammed in my face by cranky old lady. Extremely disappointing. However the view and location was very nice.
Not for dogs. Although it states dogs allowed they are only allowed certain times off the year. All of the beach’s surrounding don’t allow dogs.
Other than that lovely park. The facilities are a little old but stil clean and perfectly functional. Always saw grounds keepers and cleaners walking around keeping the camp looking fresh.
