Nice and easy shopping here, friendly relaxed atmosphere with staff always around to either answer any customer queries about products or give you easy directions to where certain items you are looking for are located within the store.

Has ok customer service, seen multiple fights in store, and some things are over priced, otherwise its just like any other woolies.

Easy access to Midland Gate shopping centre Woolworths. One stop shop for all yr daily grocery needs. Great specials every week and fruit and veg are better here than Coles.

Great variety of items. Fresh produce is very fresh. Great store layout and access to BWS from inside and outside of Woolworths. Friendly and polite service at check outs. Highly recommend this store for groceries.

Just like any other big woollies store, very busy and it takes ages to get out if you want to use the staffed check out.
I object to woollies promoting the self checkout, so that they can put more people out of work.

I always enjoy shopping at Woolworths. But today only one checkout was open a long line followed. They need more staff

Wrong lable on the bag so cost was $1 more than the item in the bag which i was purchasing. I bet i was not the 1st to get court

Had a full trolley, no checkouts open @ 7: 30 on a thursday night, used selfeserve & had to put my shopping on the floor to process the trolley contents

Bigger benches required for a full shop

They operated throughout the coroner's pandemic which was extremely helpful to all their customers.

Nice store, clean and tidy. Would be nice for more checkouts at times, but limited by space from shopping centre.

Woolworths Midland Gate is perfect for food shopping and more. It has good people working there who can help you if needed. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because nothing is truly perfect.

Can't complain about the service because there was none. 2 on the checkout and a lot of shoppers.

Woolworths always has been and will continue to be better than coles, cheaper, better staff and managers who treat their employees with respect.

I think it was the manager who came to my assistance when my baby knocked a carton of cream flying she picked up my shopping helped me to the register and packed the lot into the pram which had my other 2 sick children in it. She even wanted to walk me to the car! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness it’s been a very ordinary week with everyone so sick And you brightened it up you are a superstar

Woolworths was big, clean, the consumables it had to offer was fantastic. I'm disabled in a power wheelchair and cannot be by myself, the Woolworths staff where every where to assist, aid and ask questions. Nothing was a problem for the staff, they even went into the back because I was looking for something, they got it from the back for me

It's just another Woolworths only its in Midland Gate and can be colourful if you pick your day.

Very modern layout. 2 staff a metre away from self check outs where we were couldnt be bothered to rush over and help lady who had fallen. Not woolies fault but proof money is more important then people i guess. I really wanted to trip the 6 foot guy over so he felt the indignity the old lady would of.
