Woolworths Midland Gate

A good woolies indeed, although bit of a confusing layout with shelves and where some products are.bit different from other stores

I like this Woolworths but the bakery is not the best in customer service. Today I asked if I could have a load sliced and the team member said yes but could I come back, I was also asked how I'd like the loaf sliced. I continued my shopping and returned only to discover other customers being service immediately and my loaf still waiting to be sliced. I just left the bread and went straight to the check-out, paid for my items and left the store without my bread. Although I may still do some shopping here I refuse to buy anything from their bakery.

Stood for ages at the service deli that had no other customers while the woman behind the counter ignored us. Got the death stare of all time when I finally asked if there was anyone who could serve us. My humblest apologies for asking her to do her job. Never going there again. The salmon fillets were good quality though

1 lady in deli packing chooks leaving customer waiting while other worker is on a break. Stood there 5min not good service

I am beyond frustrated. I have been in hospital the last 48 hours with my 11 week old baby so sick, no sleep. I used woolworthes online to ensure my family can still have a wonderful Easter despite being out the house. Deliver just now and over half my order is missing including all the meats, roasts etc.this has ruined my Easter with now no time to get anything to replace it and having been in hospital there is no food in our house.

I am beyond defeated, I just can’t believe so much of our order is missing.

How is this possible I understand you can refund but that won’t help the fact my children ls Easter is ruined after such a full on week in hospital.

It's always nice to shop at Woolworths Midland Gate.
The store looks and feels clean.
There is a wide variety of food etc to choose from.
Staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Absolutely pathetic! One of my team members is deaf and has a cochlear implant, went to your store on his lunch break. Tried to pay half cash half card for his items and asked for assistance. The woolworths employee had THE AUDACITY to shout and swear at him. Safe to say you have lost several customers due to this and I am completely horrified by this.

I actually can't stand this shop, can never find anything I want and staff aren't that knowledgeable either, all though they are very friendly so full credit for that.
Last week, out of 6 things on my list I couldn't get 4! No supercoat dog biscuits, no praise coleslaw dressing, no poweraide powder, no changs salad dressing!

Place is good for shopping, but get in and get out.
Security Is woeful.
Crims run the place.

I mean it's a grocery store, the only reason I go to it is it's the closest, also the only reason I let the prices shaft me

Love shopping here, staff are always friendly and helpful when trying to look for something. Will be sad to leave when the new Woolworths store opens in Swanview.

Saturday is always very busy and they have 2 checkouts open? Self-serve is so confined you can't manage if you have a trolly. Staff are mostly slow and useless.although a few of the deli ladies are nice.

It's a large Woolworth's so it has everything. But it misses out on checkouts, we always have to wait in a queue of 5 or more shoppers for a register. But the staff are nice and helpful.

Great smaller store with all the goods. Customer service is really good where the staff will actually assist you.

Best Woolworths Bakery around. They must have a new baker. Love the pastries, well cooked with good hit of cream.

Aisle are labelled well a day visible to assist customers. Well spaced aisle to allow social distancing. Well stocked.

Excellent service! Definetly a surprise when I went to pick up my first order. Thankyou Woolies team at Midland!

For the purpose of convenience I use the click and collect option for my grocery shopping. I will no longer be doing this, as on multiple occasions 3-4 times I have received orders that are not mine / missing items / out of date products. The last time this happened was the final straw as the employee made myself and the lady whose order had been mixed up with mine, go through trolleys like we were at a garage sale trying to sort out our orders. It was time consuming and frustrating. Woolworths Midland Gate, train your staff to do the simple task of putting an item into the correct trolley or don’t offer this service.

Decent midland gate i mean aslong as you get there before 8.00pm not recomended after that time gets a little bit rough
