Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly
Just like the rest of the complex

Just ok. Too many empty shelf. Pallets and staff trolleys in the aisles does not make it a nice shopping experience.

A shop assistant was very helpful when I asked for help finding a product.
Very fresh upmarket with friendly workers

Stood at the butchers section for 10 minutes and had no staff attend. 3 different staff members saw me there and not one offered to help.
Told the front counter on the way out and was offered little assistance as well.
Will bypass this woolworths for a while.

Varieties of spirits in the shelves. My brother bought Smirnoff Infusions Cucumber Lime & Mint

Lovely Staff and not too busy. The nearby ocean view is just a bonus. My favourite place for shopping!

Best Woolworths in Perth. Big, not crowded, good stock levels, good deli and butcher. Easy to park get in and get out.

This might sound weird, but shopping at woolies is a bit soulless. No one on the tills, staff talking g to each other while I go to the self serve, no option. I used to say, "thanks" to the person watching over you, but what for? I e paid for my own bags, and am scanning and bagging my own produce. A slice of the bleak future of retail.

Terrible customer service just now! The two ladies behind the deli section were too busy chatting to each other to even serve me, even after they saw me they didn’t even acknowledge me and kept talking.
I ended up getting the chicken from the prepacked section instead.

Clean, friendly, best customer service I’ve experienced in Perth from a major grocery store. Plus great deals!

I just want to thank ALL the Staff at Port Coogee Woolies. You guys are going an amazing job and as they say - not all heroes wear capes. BUT I think some green capes would look great on you all. Thank you to all ️

Clean & bright friendly service w.chair access good specials. Few shops surround inc Dr bakery chemist florist newsagent

Bought a sandwich for my Dad with Alzheimer's. He was reluctant to eat it. No wonder. Dried out like cardboard!

I Shop here for convenience. Under parking is great as I usually take my little dog with me and go walking afterwards

Nice quiet Woolworths with excellent range. Neat and tidy with helpful staff. Easy to get in to with plenty of parking either underneath or on the surrounding streets. Plenty of registers open on a Sunday morning

WAS trying to find an item tat was not on the shelf so they checked their system an informed which stores had a few in stock

Convient location for me but that comes at a cost.
If you’re doing a big/weekly shop you are better off using the Woolworths at Phoenix.
Coogee is more expensive for fresh goods and vegetables.
Phoenix has the competitive pressures of an Aldi and Coles which tends to keep things in check.
Overall though, good selection and quality. But a push for you to do your own scanning and more expensive than comparative stores.

Just discovered that I can get my favorite products at Port Coogee that I can no longer get at Phoenix. What's going on?
