It’s a nice shopping centre, not too busy and the music played not too loud Which is perfect for me, There’s a Wide selection of good quality products and I highly recommend Woolworths Port Coogee, The parking is so good, there’s not much traffic since it’s a small, local shopping centre!

There's a BWS attached to it if you need, the stock is pretty decent it's a big store

Staff are nice and there are always quite a few

Just heard the disgusting news that Woolworths does not contribute to security at the shopping centre with all the trouble they have at the centre with all the young kids stealing & abusing customers in & around Woolworths to bloody tight.

They also won't employ full-time staff only employ casuals for three hours so they don't have to pay holiday or sick days.

I am absolutely disgusted with Woolworths that I pay for my shopping to be delivered when I have a nurse or Carer here my shopping arrived at 5: 25 pm way past the time requested my time frame was 2: 00pm to 5: 00pm my cheesecake was well and truly squashed The head of online orders know my Mobility problems and each day I get worse and by the evening I cannot stand

Self check out is good, staff and service are good, emptying bins with the garbage truck at 4am is average.

Had my everyday rewards card take my $10 reward dollars and not actually apply it to my shopping. I knew I had it there so I only had enough to pay for my shopping with that as well. Things are hard and we are struggling right now. So I know it’s only ten dollars to others but to us it meant a lot.
I used self service check out and had the staff member show me what to do, and when I did it and it wiped my reward dollars from my account she proceeded to speak to me like a child. Told me it wasn’t her fault, nothing she could do about it and it was bad luck. I actually couldn’t belive how rude she was. I ended up leaving my shopping, the small amount of money I had paid for on the final total, my shopping bags and leaving the store as I was late to pick up a friend. It was humiliating and Iam actually so amazed the woman spoke like that.
I get everyone has a bad day, but this was just rude.
Won’t go back anytime soon.

Tucked away in a small shopping centre, Woolworths Port Coogee is almost sweet, for a supermarket. It must have good management. The store is very clean, staff are extremely helpful, shelves are well stocked. I enjoy shopping there.

Nice supermarket. Great parking underneath. Absolutely no enforcement of mask mandates though, despite the 'Masks are Mandatory' signs at the entry. Pretty poor.

Excellent Woolworths, clean and well stocked with food as well as friendly staff. Underground parking is convenient. Of course the placement of items is standard supermarket requiring a full lap of the store for the basics Fresh produce is pretty good also.

Groups of teenage boys coming from beach shirtless roaming around touching food products this is a health issue there are minimum dress standards that should be maintained i will never shop there agian especially on weekends

Woolworths is reliable and has delicious sweet treats! I tried their apple pie that was reduced price one day from the cake section and it was the best apple pie I have ever had.

Woolworths Port Coogee 4 days into catalogue and they still don't have all varieties of mixer drinks

Great store and so close to me, staff are helpful and friendly, the variety of fruit and veg is always good.

I like doing groceries shopping in Port Coogee Woolworth, love their marinated lamb cutlets, I've tried different lamb spices, but not as good. So, today I asked the butcher staff about it, the spices aren't for sale, he recommended a place (supplier) where I can buy the similar spices, and he wrote down the suppler name on a note for me. I found the staff there are always friendly and helpful.

Going to Woolies for me is ONLY for emergency. I am very disappointed with the company in regards of cameras at the check outs. They already have cameras throughout the premises, which l understand and accept. There is also a camera on the check out to capture the hands specially where we put the cash in. The machine l once used, had a problem and when the assistant came to me and opened the machine, there was the picture of me putting the multiple notes. What is the need for a camera on my face? What is the need for face recognition when buying groceries when they can see me walking around and going to the check out? Please explain why? I feel it is very intrusive and it should not be legal. If someone wants to rob products the camera on the hands suffices.

Since those new check outs where introduced at Wollies l dont do big shop there. I have several friends and more aquaintances who feels the same way. We are willing to change our buying habits to accommodate our privacy, and this matter was discussed on our community meeting. Coles, thanks for respecting our privacy.

I asked an employee by the name of 'Kieren' where to find the meat rubs for a brisket I was cooking and he just laughed at me and walked off. I was very disappointed with the service and experience at Coogee Woolworths.
