Woolstores reviews
52I don't feel comfortable coming here. There is some antisocial behaviour but I am looking forward to the redevelopment. I hope it becomes more safer once it's finished.
Lot of parking and prime location but the shopping centre needs renovations and upgrades to be in freo.
The place is in the process of shutting down for demo so Coles is the last store that is open and will be closing it's doors on weeks end.
Good parking rates. The only other comment I would make is that ceilings in the carpark need a good paint job. Peeling in most parts.
Most shops in the mall are closed,
Coles, Liquor land and the Cafe.not much of a shopping mall. Apparently it is being Rebuilt.
Very average shopping mall, has a Coles in there but most other shops are closed or abandoned. Not really worth a visit unless for Coles. Used to be a thriving little mall years ago but now is just a shell of its former glory.
Looking old and dark no real character and most stores not even rented disappointing but Coles was open and not too busy.
Very disappointed, I know it's close to closing down but why lock the public toilets. Maybe they want you to urinate in the car park.
Used to be our favourite spot, to do the weeks food shopping, and had a number of specialty shops that we used to patronise as well. The specialty shops we used to go to have all disappeared, in the lead up to the demolition and replacement of the building. And Coles has deleted so many things I want, that it's now quite pointless for us to shop there any longer.
We've been able to follow one of the specialty shops elsewhere, Most of them simply closed down. And Coles is no longer on our shopping list - in future, we'll go elsewhere.
Very run down and obviously waiting for a revamp. At times it's a little scary. But with the right management & incentives this buildings location would be an amazing central hub for our adolescent community!
Most shops are closed and Coles have limited stock reduced shelving as I believe they are closing Fremantle store. Still excellent service and courteous staff.
Decades ago, my brother and I touched the woolstores (ram) logo when it was on the ground, before it was attached at the top! I feel so old
The store looked very bare compared to the last time I was there a year or so ago. Added to the fact that it sits within the Woolstores, which itself only has a handful of tenants, its amazing this place even turns a profit considering its location. Serves a purpose I suppose.
BUT DESPERATE NEEDS SHAPE UP WITH MORE BUSINESS TO WHAT THIRTY YEARS AGO AND MUCH BETTER SECURITY OKAY AGAIN
Pretty normal. Straight in & out. Good like a bit nicer though. Some benches, plants or bins would help.
It's a shame that all the small stores are closing but at least locals can get the groceries at Coles. Most of the staff are wonderful in relation to interacting with customers, there are always going to be the days that someones flat and irritated. Knowing that they have to deal with a hell of a lot from some less compliant locals resonates through the entire store, and yet the staff are always happy to give you assistance when you ask for it in the right way!
Has a great coles and some lovely affordable shops inside there. Unfortunately some of the more icon9c shops were still shut because of the covid recession e.g. The key cutting place
Nice to pop in to Coles but if you need the toilet I don't recommend using the m barthroom there all ways dirty even after beening cleand it is nothing to have urin all over the floor and enything ells they want to put there all ways some in there breaking the law completely discussing and you tell staff they just don't care
This shopping centre is very average Coles are removing good products from their shelfs and substuiting their own brands
Sometimes better and cheaper sometimes not. Toilets have been closed for years. Smaller shops are empty.
