42 Very delicious. They also sell delicious banchans.
Probably my favourite family korean restaurant in Perth (aside from kbbq)
Delicious authentic korean food at affordable prices, variety of option to choose from the menu and either to share or single. Plenty of seating available. Always busy during lunch hours. A go to place for korean food in the CBD. Nice and friendly staff too, miso soup also available for free when purchasing a meal. Yuuum!
I ordered spicy beef soup on Uber and this was what I received. I can’t find any beef in the soup. I thought they gave me wrong food and called the restaurant to ask for explanation. However, they said their BEEF SOUP rarely had BEEF. RIDICULOUS!
Lovely home cooked style food. One has to take a hit on the wallet for lunch but it's worth the pain. Keep it up guys
Woojeong moved to a bigger venue, but their food is still as tasty as ever! House-made kimchi is so good, and kimchi jjigae is a must-have here ️
They also do gimbap which is quite rare for a Korean restaurant in Perth? Customer service is great, and free tap water is always available from the fridge ️
Ps: BYO
Very nice food, with generous servings. One of the most recommended Korean restaurants in Perth lived up to its reputation. Friendly, helpful staff delivered quick service too.
Really good!
We had Jjol-myon / Spicy Chewy Noodle (Cold) was really nice, very tasty
Great service
Spicy kimchi soup also a winner
Homey korean restaurant.we ordered the kimbap, kimchi jigae, japchae, seafood pancakes and bibimbap.highly loved the japchae, kimbap and jigae.defs coming back to try more of their stews!
Home made like korean food. It’s okay in terms of taste but not a bad option either. Could taste better.
I've been here over 30 times. Authentic non BBQ Korean. Price reasonable.
Staff friendly. Expect the bill to come to just under $20 per head.
New location seats many more customers.
It was fresh and authentic. If you are looking for non bbq good Korean food, this place is a good option to try. They got friendly staffs, tasty Korean food, and reasonable price.
Tastes great and authentic, generous portion size, kind staffs. I've so far tried spicy pork, kimbab and tobboki and they were all delicious. Will be going back to try other food in the menu. Best place to get food takeaways during covid-19 isolation
I did a combo take away. The lady who work there might not be able to speak perfect English but she s very helpful when it come to choosing what you like to try. Less than 10 mins wait and you got a big box meal. It cost me almost 30 AUD but I think this set is good for 2 people. Grilled eel with teriyaki sauce and pork katsu is tasty and too much to eat for one person. There are a few table in the restaurant but if you don't mind the no decorative restaurant I think you will like the food or else do the take away like I did.
This is a great little hole in the wall with an extensive menu, good food and nice staff. Everything was fresh and authentic. Full of young Japanese and Korean people - a good indicator! I had softshell crab sushi which was very fresh and Bulgogi with all the extras - both great. We were craving Korean food and gave this spot a try. Korean dishes measure up to any place in Korea and their Japanese style bento box meal was pretty good too.friendly owner and the place seems to have lot of regulars.
In general, dishes are quite nice. Especially their stew items are really good. I highly recommend bean-curd stew (비지찌개) and hangover stew. Restaurant is small so not really good for big group and very hard to bring in pram as well.
Can't remember how many times we dined here. Even for a person like me who hates going to the city with a passion is willing to drive in just for a meal. Truly authentic and delicious Korean food. Impressive taste. The blood sausage is welcomed by many Koreans. Various soup choices. Very humble and polite staff who should be proud of themselves for their hardworking and persistency. I hope it always maintain its standards. No liquor sold here.
Small cosy place serving authentic home-cooked food. Giving it 2 stars for the kimchi with pork stew (AUD16) that had so little pork it could pass off as a vegetarian dish. Quite a rip off!
The food is mouth watering. Honestly the best let's say Korean/Japanese mix of dishes I have had in a long time. Reasonable prices and really friendly staff. People around me were also commenting on how good the food was.you know it's good when that happens.
If you craving for homecooked korean food, this is the place to go to! My all time favorite is the fish roe soup, with it's spicy broth, it will warm you up for sure! And don't forget to order the kimbab for your starter
Another day another great meal. Rhis us rapudly becoming my go to korean as i slowly work my way thro their menu. Had their spicy seafood tofu soup. Great flavour more generous seafood than most. But best of all it came w chilli oil on top! Go spicy!
