This place is simply amazing, the staff was really nice to us, the waitress was really kind and took a really good care of the specifications that I asked her, and a big thanks to the chef the food was delicious, would recommend 100%!

First time here. My husband and I had the pizza and couple of pastas. Cooked to perfection. I had the marinara and he had the ravioli. Yummy moment. Happy tummy. Service was very good. The lady who attended to us was friendly and welcoming, I love it! Well, everyone was professional and friendly Which made our night better. Thank you. See you next time

Amazing food! The range of pizzas mains and appetisers is great. Heaps of room for kids to run around. It has a great atmosphere with a great outdoors area with the lighting. The waitstaff are super friendly nice and helpful! The waitsatff will give great recommendations for food! I cant recommend this place enough. ️️️️️️️

Just enjoyed another wonderful meal at our favourite restaurant Woodpeckers in Subiaco. Not only is this Italian food amazing, staff and service is exceptional. Well done Nathan and team.

EDITED: Came to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday. 5 of us but waiter only put in 4 orders; omitting the birthday girl! Very lax service as we had to point out the missing meal. We had all finished our meals well before her chilli mussels arrived. Waiter apologised with a Baci chocolate but by then the mood was spoiled and we declined dessert to go elsewhere. A more generous apology would have kept us there. Such a shame as the food was up to it's usual high standard.
This review has been changed from 2 to 5 stars due to the prompt and generous offer of a complete meal + drink for my daughter. We'll definitely be back!

Their food is absolutely delicious! Pasta is al dente, perfectly cooked! Pizza is good too.

This has the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend. I had a young Italian lady serving our table and couldn’t recommend her more. Thanks for making it such a wonderful evening.

Woodpeckers is a great spot for the family or a meal with friends. Good range of Pizza, Pasta and Mains alike. Try the Lamb Shank with a glass or two of the 'House Red', the Truffle Pasta or a Pizza all good quality. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff rounded out an enjoyable evening. Recommended.

Food once again was DELIGHTFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE is always AT THE TOP and the vibes are the best! Deserves a try if you haven't yet or a visit if it's a while you don't go there

Delicious raclette, definitely a bit too much for two people but a fun experience nonetheless, and it was especially enjoyable for me to bring someone who hadn't tried it before:) friendly, prompt service and good wine recommendation. Will be back for pizzas next time!

First time we came here and got a seat fast, and food came very quickly. We had the pesto chicken pizza and bufala pizza. Both were so so tasty! We loved it so we came back for fathers day. This time we had a big group and i think the service was much slower - we didn't get our seats right away despite booking. We had a dish missing and had to ask the waiters a few times to ask about our dishes. The pastas were undercooked (we had 4 pasta dishes and all were under). So we were half disappointed.
I would come back for pizza any time! Pastas are a maybe - probably would ask for it to be cooked a bit longer. We really liked the flavours of the truffle ravioli!

Favourite Italian restaurant in Perth!
Me and my partner have visited woodpeckers over 10 times now and we have never been disappointed. Service is 10/10 and food is just delicious and cooked to perfection.

Went here for the first time for raclette night and while they didn't have our special request ready they quickly accommodated.
Raclette was generous, the cold meats were generous, the breads warm (and gluten free), the service was so friendly and would absolutely go again.
Good value!

Had my birthday family dinner last night and we still are talking about it today. The food, customer service and atmosphere was so great. At the end we all were full, happy and will definitely visit again!
