Dr Damitha Munasinghege, would highly recommend. Friendly, attentive, calm and explained every step of my treatment.

I am very pleased with the doctor's care. He had an ear for my medical problems and was empathetic with his approach.

It is always my go to choice being a local medical centre near Woodlake, the GPs are friendly and professional, really amazing!

Great ambience of the clinic.it was so easy for my grandma to get in with her wheelchair and the doctors were also very friendly. No wonder why she patronizes this clinic!

This is a gem of a medical centre! The doctor i see is amazing, friendly, and genuinely cares about his patients. The nurses are also great with a fun sense of humour. I recommend this clinic for anyone wanting to feel like a very looked after patient.

Seen three Doctors, two of which were great. Receptionists are rude. Last time I booked through Health Engine. I arrived 6 minutes early and somehow they had my appointment booked for 10 minutes earlier. I showed her the appointment time on my side but she said "it doesn't matter, you're late" and proceeded to rudely rush me into my appointment. I only got one of the three things I went for addressed. It's not worth going and having to deal with the receptionists.

I am no longer going here they are a bunch of money making machine, when I had two problems to deal with they wanted two appointments so they could fleece the system, even though the problems were related. Money first healthcare second

I was in agony and rang to make an appointment.
When I was in the middle of explaining that I am new to the Woodlake area,
live 100 metres from their practice.
The receptionist yelled "Broadway Walk-In's 9 to 1! " and slammed the phone down in my ear!
How rude?
All she had to do was explain that they were not taking any new patients at this time.
Obviously running for the "Phone Slam" Olympics!

I had an appointment booked for Saturday morning to follow up on results but felt my partner needed it more as he was unwell so had to get a medical certificate to have work off. I gave an hour notice to let them know he’d take it instead and was told “no new patients on the weekend”. That’s funny because my first time to this centre was a weekend. I’ve worked in a medical centre for two years and we would never turn a patient away! Then I was hung up on after being told to hold. The doctors here are amazing but the receptionist are plain rude and have no care towards new patients! What a shame, will be passing the message on.

Till this weekend, service was good. I experienced very bad treatment from the receptionist which was an old woman. She wasn't friendly and humble at all which is expected from her as she is receptionist. I was there for hope of walk in appointment but according to her everyone comes to her says the same story that the person is very sick. I think forgot that she works in medical centre and sick people only come there.

Woodlake Lake Village Shopping Center is quite a surprise for how busy it is even on a Sunday night. So many shops and services have opened up and more activity is evident, including outlets for Asian food, Pizza and even a Laundromat. It shows how Ellenbrook’s population has grown greatly over the last few years. The local IGA there is even open not just every single day but from 6am until midnight. That is a win for those who enjoy shoping in the night.

Rude staff.u come here because u have a health condition and you would expect some sympathy and care especially for babies!

No one has a clue! Dont go there with workers comp. You will be given the run around. Absolutely appalling.

Booked a doctor from this practice to see my mum in a nursing home. He will know who he is. Just don’t bother to turn up after promising to commit on the visit. An absolute disgrace to his profession. Have found another doctor to to take over her care. Will be Making a complaint to the medical board. Also let four other patients down in the same nursing home. Quack practice.

Fantastic clinic, Friendly staff, Great doctors with a high level of professionalism. I often highly recommend any clinic that practices under GP west.

Great staff, that know what they are doing. Helpful and understanding. Drs are knowledgeable and thorough. Recommend to family and friends all the time.
