The receptionist is very rude. Told me I was doing the online booking wrong and to stop it! Not my problem your online booking system is broken and you don’t answer the phones to make a booking that way.
Doctor was very abrupt and couldn’t care less. Made me feel horrible for just asking for a script for my usual medications. Will not be returning.

The "receptionist" first point of contact at the practice should be ashamed of her demeanour.if she doesn't like her position then leave. PPL come for a variety of concerns, and to be made like a hinderance for attending that practice will be looking for another GP

I tested positive for covid the week starting the 16th of January and had spoken with Dr Leon that Tuesday. As of the 24th (the day of my appointment with Dr Saeed Khan), I am 11 weeks pregnant and was concerned about potential risks to the baby with having covid. Dr Leon said that if I attended the clinic, they could check the baby's heart rate to confirm everything was okay.

I made an appointment with Dr Khan instead of Dr Leon due to the time slots so that my partner could attend with me. During the appointment when I explained what Dr Leon had said the previous week, Dr Khan noted that he wasn't going to check the heart rate 'just to make me happy'.

This is absolutely disgraceful service. Dr Khan's bedside manner needs some serious work and I will not be booking another appointment with him due to his attitude. I did not feel supported and felt like he was rushing through the appointment just to get us out.

This is my first pregnancy and I did not feel my request to check the heart rate was at all unreasonable, especially given that Dr Leon had said this was something the clinic was able to do for us. There needs to be better communication between doctors or the patient notes need to be in more detail to ensure that these services aren't refused. I've had a previous miscarriage which further adds to my concerns for this pregnancy. If Dr Khan isn't confident in his abilities, perhaps he shouldn't be practising?

Will never see Dr. Khan ever again. Does not care about you as a patient. He was very rude and rushed through the appointment without trying to help. Doesn't even seem capable of being a doctor.

This has been my regular GP clinic for years - I have had multiple quick telephone appointments with no issues. I had a question I needed to ask my GP in regards to potential interactions with a new medication and my current medications (I was advised to do this for ALL new medications for my own health and safety). The treatment I received from the receptionist at this clinic on Sunday was absolutely disgusting. She was incredibly condescending and unprofessional. She told me to go to another doctor with my enquiry and refused to book me in with my doctor.

Absolute joke of a place. Arrived 5 mins early for appointment and was sat waiting for 45 minutes. Asked what’s going on and the receptionist asked if I let them know I was there. I literally told them as soon as I arrived and even asked me if I’d done forms. Get told I’ll be seen next then it was another 15 minute wait. While having this conversation with the one receptionist the other one who I spoke to when I arrived finished her phone call and didn’t even apologise. I’d honestly give the receptionist a minus score if possible.

How on earth a place can say you’ll be charged if you cancel your appointment within an hour befor but have you wait nearly an hour after your appointment is beyond me.

Had no issues with DR Nisan Ahmed and was happy with how the appointment went however for the front of house alone this place deserves minus points.

Absolutely disgusting and poor customer service. The reception team was no accommodating and incredibly cold. I have been here many times and it’s always the same poor service and blaming the clients. My dr had to cancel the appt but no new appt or solution was offered. Along with not being given my own records to see a new gp at a new clinic.

I have found them very professional.
Dr Kin is switched on, very thorough and very professional. My wife speaks highly of Dr Leon. Medical room staff are very pleasant and thorough

I really like this practice. Never had an issue getting an appointment. Find all staff friendly and helpful. Have seen Dr Leon and Dr khin. Both great

Came here with my 6 week old and Dr Leon Van Der Linde was extremely helpful while I was breastfeeding her. He pushed my pram for me while we went to his office, he didn’t rush me and waited for me and her to get comfortable.

As a first time mum I didn’t really know what I was doing but I knew the little purple book said to see a GP. He kindly explained to me that I need to book in with him and the nurse but he didn’t want me to have wasted my time so he checked up on me and answered all the questions I had.

I was nervous about seeing Dr Van Der Linde because there are more negative than positive reviews but I can happily say that he was really nice and I’ll be seeing him again

Oh and the receptionist was nice too, she helped me reschedule my appointment with no fuss

I called at 12 to confirm an appointment at 3. The receptionist confirmed and said it has to be Telehealth. I wait for the call and don’t get it. So I call the doctors and get a voicemail that says they close at 1! Then I get a call at 4 pm from the doctor and I said wasn’t our appointment at 3 and he replies “ “probably” time to find another clinic

Amazing service. Saw Dr van der Linde, and his medical knowledge and professionalism is beyond. Have helped me through two pregnancies with only the best care. Never have to wait ages for my appointments. Highly recommend!

Receptionist staff were friendly.
Please don't go see Dr Leon! He has no personable attributes and very unprofessional.
He didn't talk to me at all during the appointment and just handed me a script. Throughout my examination I told him twice that I was pregnant, he never acknowledged what I said. So after he handed me the script I told him again (3rd time) I am pregnant is this medication safe. He said 'no you can't take it' and took the script away. I was shaken and upset. How can this dr be so incompetent.

A 5 star for Dr. Ashik. He is always thorough and will give you good advices. He always takes his time. That's why I really don't mind waiting because I know he is doing an amazing job. A BIG 1 STAR for Dr.leon. If you are desperate to see a doctor, don't even bother seeing him. Go somewhere else. I went to see him because of my very bad cough and flu like symptoms. Came early for my appointment where in fact my appointment won't be until 1 pm. So i went out for a bit to get something else. When I came back (10 min.) early, he asked me why I left in a rude way. He didn't even tell me what sickness I've got not until I asked him what I've got. I asked for sick cert and didn't even bother asking me for how long I wanted to be off work. Just printed out the cert. He is very unprofessional and rude. I would reqlly not recommend him at all.

Extremely disappointed in the treatment from Dr Leon Van Der Linde today. I came in to get my 10yr old checked out as he was unwell (which could have been viral or bacterial infection - hence what I needed the doctor to find out), he basically took less than 2 mins with us, as if we were wasting his time. He was unprofessional, condescending and lacked the basic doctor/patient care. I was left to deduce myself that my son probably has a viral infection because he was of no help.

Do not go to see Dr. Leon van der Linde. Gave me the third degree on medications I've been taking for 5 years under the advice of a specialist, gave me the wrong prescription (elevated dose) for my sleeping medications, did not give me my usual contraceptive pill that I've been taking for over 15 years, and did not fill my prescriptions for extremely necessary asthma medications. Was dismissive and rude when I started entering a panic attack because my details weren't on the system. I'm currently homeless and can't access my documents, so I needed to try and recall all the dosages and proper names of all my medications. He scolded me, as if I should have known that I was going to be interrogated, & that my prescriptions weren't all in the system. Even scripts I've had before from this medical centre were not filled correctly. Extremely disappointed.
