Rude and arrogant service. Quite happy to have an argument about customer rights when they are totally wrong.
Never will spend another cent there again

Good selection of products but the customer service is seriously lacking. The older female employees really need to be sent on a customer service course.

Prescription here costs 15 dollars more (almost 2x!) than the one at Cannington Chemist Warehouse. Told to wait for my prescription but was not told when it was ready (no buzzer/beeper or callouts). Was not informed about the price when handing in script. At least they were polite but with these ridiculous prices I'm definitely not coming here again and I'm recommending my friends against buying from this pharmacy.

Absolutely Amazing Service. They go above and beyond to spend the time one on one, which is hard to find now days. They also have a Nurse on premises you can see for many issues. Thank you so much for all the advice, you guys are Awesome!

Super expensive for prescriptions, and when you (politely) query the price, you're made to feel like a filthy peasant by the pharmacist who's not even part of the discussion and who also just so happens to be the franchise owner.

A private complaint would be entirely worthless here. So here we are naming and shaming online. I sincerely hope your business continues to experience terrible reviews online and your business suffers because of it. And don't bother with one of your automated copy and paste fake replies either, it would be a further waste of everyone's time.

Terrible customer service! Had to wait so long to be served despite there being so many staff. They were too busy chatting to one another about non-pharmacy related matters. Customers do not come first to them. Never coming here again. Ended up going to Market City Pharmacy, which I highly recommend. They have fantastic customer service and will make you feel very cared for, unlike at Wizard Pharmacy Livingston.

Hi my negative feed back is the pricing I paid for antibiotics for my little boy$23.23my usual chemist is 12.00 why is there such a price difference maybe couple dollars but not $11.23 it's a joke won't be back

I was in the pharmacy a few days ago and was very impressed with the time spent and the kind and caring manner with which the pharmacist, Georgi was explaining to a couple about their medication and their relevant health issue. It is an extremely busy pharmacy but she stepped up to the plate and helped ease this couple's concerns. Well done.

Ridiculously expensive prescriptions, paid $21.27 for a script that normally cost $9.95. Never again.

Staff are so helpful & friendly. Clean, well stocked store. Great having the nurse for consultations. We come here first to get excellent
health advice.

Can't believe the negative reviews. I am a longtime customer and have never had bad service. Staff are very helpful and professional esp Georgi the pharmacist. Keep up the wonderful service.

Love the staff at Wizard Livingston Markets. Always so friendly, even when just passing through they will say hi. Georgie is a true gem, she has gone out of her way on a couple of occasions, to talk to us regarding contra indications with medications and recommended natural products to try. As older people it's wonderful to have someone willing to take the time and listen. Thanks everyone

Pharmacist there was so rude and unhelpful. Asked them to certify some documents and they said we are too busy for that. Come back a different day.um ok never coming back ever. Majority of the reviews are so negative.management really need to realise that their staff are providing really awful customer service.

Okay. Staff were not very helpful and did not understand instructions. We ended up going to another place.

Unfortunately got to have some prescription medicine from Wizard Pharmacy. When after 2 days, I compared the price with other Wellknown Pharma and found their price is even less than what I paid at Wizard Pharmacy.

Very bad service! The women working there as assistants are just straight out rude and unhelpful. They are more concerned about conversing with each other behind the counter than helping customers. Definitely not going back there.

Half the time you dont even get acknowledged. Even if they are slightly busy which, is only because theyre bloody slow, you might aswell be see through. Then when it dawns on them that hang on, these people pay our wages and reluctantly serve you, your treated you like a druggy. If not, that you should be appreciative feel like a chosen one to have been helped. Atleast these 'money takers' are all in the one store, and not sullying others. I have thought long and hard before posting this as I dislike being negative.
Apart from being the slowest store around (everyone seems to be chatting to someone or have something more important to do than serve customers).
On two occasions now young staff members have been very rude and disrespectful to me.
I will not enter this store again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Went there to get a med cert for work.waited almost 15 minutes until someone was able to come and ask what I needed.prior to this I had already called them and checked on their website, no mention of making an appointment.but had to leave because their nurse is fully booked.so be aware if u need a med cert from them, make an appointment first
