I was served by a lovely lady named Jane and she helped me with some vitamins I needed. She was very informative and friendly, she greeted me with a smile and took care of me to the best of her ability. Very great customer service, will be coming back and will be looking for Jane next time!

Price check first. 15% higher on the item i compared over the phone. I won’t bother with Wizard again.

Bad service and not very helpful.staff are rude and doesn't know what costumer service is! Wont come back and would not recommend. Worst service ever!

WIZARD PHARMACY is the most expensive pharmacy in WA.
I went today to buy ear drop Sofradex ear drop 8ml.they told me it will cost $24 and I showed them the price at chemist warehouse $ 8.99 and they refused to match it.

Then I bought the ear drop at Greg's discount chemist for $8.99.

Guys with medicine please shop around use your mobile to check the price for any med and u will be surprised how much u will save.

My favourite chemist for years. Always lovely helpful staff. Love the (bulk billing) nurse there, great for easy renewing scripts etc

Liv Maria went above and beyond for me in store today, finding my fragrance I was searching for, and then collecting my script for me as well as tending for me on the register!
Truely a credible effort from Liv. It’s the little things that count; and she exemplifies this.

Wizard pharmacy rip off! APO- BISOPROLOL 5mg they sale $26.30 for 28tablets. And all other pharmacy only sale$12.39. They charged more then double the price!

Went in to ask about an itchy, swollen eye - she was super lovely, patient and helpful. She didn't push me to buy anything and suggested i could use eye drops i already have at home, but after listening to more of my symptoms she recommended me antihistamine eye drops that have been working great so far:)

Unfortunately this pharmacy has gone right downhill since Georgie left.they have lost my prescription.and other family members.they refused to fill a script saying it was incorrect while other pharmacies had no issue with it.the medadvisor info is incorrect.service is awful apart from Maria who is a diamond.now having to go elsewhere after 20 + years loyalty.

My experience is very bad with this pharmacy because fist of all every staff members has their own words and they do not match with each other.
I bought forehead thermometer from here before buy i asked from staff is it good one and they said yes but is it is not good reading is not accurate every time different reading at same time.
Ear reading one is very good i bought another one from day and night pharmacy their staff is very nice they refused me to but forehead one and suggested me to but ear one.
I went back on Saturday to return wizard pharmacy and lady told me we can change this or refund on monday to friday.
When i we t back their again they told me but another lady name mike straight refused me and she said we can not change or refund because it has used for covid19 but how she can say without of prof.
It is use less for me because reading is not accurate of this one and i do not believe on it.
It has not mentioned any where this kind od items will not change of refundable.
But they denied to me

I wish I could give them zero star. Asked to come back to pick up my medication. Went there to pick it up 20 mins later. They hadn't even looked at my prescription. They asked me to wait for my medication, so I waited in the pharmacy. After 20 mins, they said they didn't have the medication in stock. I got very unhappy. They then said they could order it. The staff took 15+ mins to place an order. I went to the counter to pay for it. Another staff member scanned the bar code and 5 different prices came up. I was told to wait until they sorted it out. They took 20 mins to get the correct price.

Can my Sunday be more ruined?

I wish we had another pharmacy in Livingstone shopping centre. I will never ever go back to Wizard, no matter what. They don't know what they are doing (poor training?) and have no respect whatsoever for their clients' time.

I never go back to this pharmacy ever again. They try to make the most out of this pandemic and the need of Canning Valers to buy masks. I bought a non medical face mask for $4.95! The face mask that bunnings sell for 40 cents. I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't have to.
And the mask broke as soon as I put it on.
What a waste and what a rip off

This place is way to expensive when Covid came I went there to buy Mask. Shelfs are empty I ask to staff the hide some mask behind the counter I ask for 2 Mask the lady charged me $ 50 just for 2 normal masks I denied to buy I feel like they are robber bad experience

Lost my prescriptions on multiple occasions, not processed online prescription orders even though they text me to say it was ready to collect, didn't understand another script and blamed the doctor but a different pharmacy understood it perfectly.

I think this pharmacy is under new management because the service and staff are soooooooooo much better than it used to be. I would actually shop here now

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy was clean with a good range of products. Loved the RAC discount! Will be shopping here again.
