Wing Ho Chinese Restaurant

Two hours to get any food and even then we needed to place the order at the counter. Nobody approached the table with water or anything.

Crapp service and no care in helping us. Maybe I should have ordered from the table via Uber Eats because they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Comfy food enjoyed most of it. Most of the food are little more sweet than spicy. Could be better but no complain

Family owned and run, amazing customer service, staff are all friendly and the food is so good. There's so much so if your someone who is adventurous, you'll need multiple visits to try them all. I'm someone who will try new dishes but mostly to stick to what I know. I have tried so many dishes here because they're all good. My personal favourites are the fried ginger beef, beef chow mein, sizzling Moroccan lamb, stay veggies, fried rice but an alternative is the Singapore noodles. If you like spice you can always ask for a side of chilli's, they are super spicy though so he careful. This is my local restaurant.

This is by far the WORST Chinese food I have had for years. Flavour less and plain. For the price I payed it was incredibly disappointing

Absolutely wonderful meal tonight. The food was so tasty and freshly made. We had the sweet and sour pork and beef and black bean, spring rolls. Will recommend this restaurant to all my friends and suggest others try it out as well. Plus you get a lovely surprise with the waiter.

First time getting food from here tonight due to being disappointed lately from our usual go to. The food was delicious! Satay sauce was so nice and not runny. Honey chicken was also good and the chicken hokkien noodle was packed with chicken and a good serving size. Friendly young lady on the desk to which was also refreshing after having bad customer service elsewhere recently. We will be back

Tucked away off the main foreshore we found this restaurant and so pleased we did. Excellent service from humans and non human such a treat for kids and adults alike. Delicious food, fantastic prices. Byo. Really nice euthentic, plenty of room, comfy as chairs. Nice surprise and the spring rolls were just the best we've ever had.
Plenty of parking. Highly recommend

Worst Chinese ever, first and last time, special fried Rice bland as, Mongolian lamb full of cauliflower and onion and fish was put in a plastic container with a paper bag taped to it, instead of using 2 containers.

Sunday afternoon we dined in and not busy so food was quick to be delivered. The Robot is a novelty but couldn't hear whether it "spoke our orders" so subsequently mine got mixed up.
A nice gesture to sing Happy Birthday when the cake came out.
Lunch special good value for money

Rice had no flavour, the sweet & sour pork was packaged all in 1 box meaning the crispy pork was beyond soggy by the time we received it, the sauce itself was watery with no flavour

I ordered 2 dishes for home delivery through Door Dash.
Sadly, the Special Fried Rice that I had asked for just a few seafood items and no other meat, came with no meat at all and was very bland. I also ordered a Vegetable Omelette and it was way too dry and very bland. I barely managed to eat a small bowl of it mixed. The rest, sad to say, will be thrown out as it really isn't very nice. Sigh

I had the sizzling garlic beef and steamed rice. The food was delicious, everything tasted nice, the young ones servicing were polite and helpful so I left a nice tip. I forgot to take a photo, I was more amused by the robotic waitress serving the tables

My 78th Birthday bash, the food was delicious and the staff very courteous. We had a great evening.

Amazing food, many choices, always fresh and hot. Great to dine in and to take away. Have been coming here for years and hope to go for many more. Thank you guys for the great food and atmosphere.

This store was not very good took 2 hours from when we ordered to get are food and then they mucked the orders up half are party got there food and the other party was still waiting 30mins later for there’s they gave my auntie the wrong food she ask for no prawns on her meal as she’s allergic they gave her a plate with prawns lucky we had seen them before she ate other wise would of ended badly the wait time was appalling there was no Chang station to change little ones I had to try change my son in his pram so it’s definitely not young children friendly they was very unprofessional most look like they didn’t know what they was doing they was all over the place bring other tables orders to different tables not very happy with the service received today and for Mother’s Day non of us mother had a good night because of this issue so much drama and unprofessional and not suitable for families with young children

We went for mother's day! The poor team was clearly uderstaffed, and they were swamped with take-away orders. We had to wait longer than usual, but one the food started coming, consecutively they managed to get out all our dishes within 20 min, as well as the tables next to.

The people working their, had mother's too and clearly had a hard night, and despite some complains by other tables, still managed to keep their cool. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. We all enjoyed our meal and each other's company. Thankyou for the hard work and for the amazing and very affordable food.

A warm welcolm when entering. Lunch is freshly cooked and a great price. Our favourites are satay chicken/rice. Chicken Curry/rice and both dishes are v.tasty.king prawn fritters are added if hungry and we love them.

We went here for Mother’s Day dinner no warm welcome on arrival we ordered our food at 6pm didn’t come out til 7.30pm there were so many people in the restaurant waiting more than 2 hours for there food they were more focused on getting there take away ordered out than getting the food out to customers in the restaurant people ended up leaving as the service and management is very poor. Then you had the cooks in the kitchen arguing as loud as they could for the whole restaurant to hear them very unprofessional this would have to have been the worst experience at any restaurant. Service was very poor never going here again and definitely not recommending this restaurant to anyone.
