Wing Ho Chinese Restaurant

Two hours to get any food and even then we needed to place the order at the counter. Nobody approached the table with water or anything.

Crapp service and no care in helping us. Maybe I should have ordered from the table via Uber Eats because they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

This is by far the WORST Chinese food I have had for years. Flavour less and plain. For the price I payed it was incredibly disappointing

Worst Chinese ever, first and last time, special fried Rice bland as, Mongolian lamb full of cauliflower and onion and fish was put in a plastic container with a paper bag taped to it, instead of using 2 containers.

Rice had no flavour, the sweet & sour pork was packaged all in 1 box meaning the crispy pork was beyond soggy by the time we received it, the sauce itself was watery with no flavour

This store was not very good took 2 hours from when we ordered to get are food and then they mucked the orders up half are party got there food and the other party was still waiting 30mins later for there’s they gave my auntie the wrong food she ask for no prawns on her meal as she’s allergic they gave her a plate with prawns lucky we had seen them before she ate other wise would of ended badly the wait time was appalling there was no Chang station to change little ones I had to try change my son in his pram so it’s definitely not young children friendly they was very unprofessional most look like they didn’t know what they was doing they was all over the place bring other tables orders to different tables not very happy with the service received today and for Mother’s Day non of us mother had a good night because of this issue so much drama and unprofessional and not suitable for families with young children

We went here for Mother’s Day dinner no warm welcome on arrival we ordered our food at 6pm didn’t come out til 7.30pm there were so many people in the restaurant waiting more than 2 hours for there food they were more focused on getting there take away ordered out than getting the food out to customers in the restaurant people ended up leaving as the service and management is very poor. Then you had the cooks in the kitchen arguing as loud as they could for the whole restaurant to hear them very unprofessional this would have to have been the worst experience at any restaurant. Service was very poor never going here again and definitely not recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Been going to this restaurant for around 30 years or so fortnightly since it was a family business. The meals, price and service were always great. After an absence of a few months we went there last night with friends and ordered 8 dishes.
What on earth has happened here! The meals were smaller, mainly tasteless and unappetising. The prices had increased by a large percentage and very poor value overall.
Most of the meals were only half touched and hardly worth taking home.
We would never recommend the Wing Ho anymore

Have been going to Wing Ho for as long as its been open. The last 2 times we have had take away we had find it tasteless.
Couldn't taste the difference between satay beef and chilli.
Must have a different chief
Use to be our favourite restaurant not any more.

If given the chance I would give it a -10

The staff who served me including the chef had such a terrible attitude.they obviously don’t like what they do. They should quit the job. They are rude, arrogant and don’t have any idea about what customer service is all about.gosh.that sour looking face.you would think they are doing me a favor
Food: I ordered the most basic dry noodles with roast pork. The pork had such a horrible smell
I wouldn’t recommend this to any customers
By the way, this is the 3rd time I have been there.like they say. 3 strikes and you are out!

The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The special fried rice was just greasy boiled rice with a few peas and carrots in it.
The duck was horrible. Don’t waste your money

I have loved this restaurant since I was young. Have always told people it is the best Chinese around.
Tonight was my 28th birthday and it’s all I wanted for dinner.
My family and I were all very disappointed.
This is now the worst Chinese I’ve ever had!
Everything was completely flavourless.
The one star is really only because they recommend you use your own reusable carry bag, that’s about the only good thing about this place now.

Very disappointed in the blandness and texture of food paid 74$ for 4 dishes and had about 5 bits never again will we go there, it’s a sad day

I ordered 2 dishes for home delivery through Door Dash.
Sadly, the Special Fried Rice that I had asked for just a few seafood items and no other meat, came with no meat at all and was very bland. I also ordered a Vegetable Omelette and it was way too dry and very bland. I barely managed to eat a small bowl of it mixed. The rest, sad to say, will be thrown out as it really isn't very nice. Sigh

Been going there for 20+ years. Best Chinese food in WA. Unfortunately not any more. Went with a party and ordered 12 different courses. Most of them were barely touched. The duck in plum sauce was barely edible in fact the dog ended up with most of it. Bitterly disappointed, won't be going back.

Tried a quick take away from here tonight for a lazy Sunday dinner. Slightly displeased with the quality, lack of flavour and lack of vegetables. I'm not sure if it would be worth going back as prices are not great as stated on facebook reviews. Service was very friendly.

Very disappointed with the taste of the food that I ordered to takeaway. Satay chicken was very bland, sadly was the worst satay I have ever had, better off buying the chicken and sauce from Coles cause that's what it tasted like. Fried rice once again was bland and the worst I've had and then the crispy noodles were old and had a disgusting taste. I only came here because they were the only one open at the time, price was on par with others, customer service was good and the ambience of the restaurant is really nice but this was the only thing I ordered and unfortunately the food was a real letdown and I hate wasting money on food that I don't end up eating

It was nice, but not the quality of past visits. But sadly gets more expensive with every visit.

Nice about of the way restaurant with huge serving sizes and very good prices. Although the amenaties and restaurant are a little dated the price us right for a family on a budget who want a nice big friendly meal.

Comfy food enjoyed most of it. Most of the food are little more sweet than spicy. Could be better but no complain

Sunday afternoon we dined in and not busy so food was quick to be delivered. The Robot is a novelty but couldn't hear whether it "spoke our orders" so subsequently mine got mixed up.
A nice gesture to sing Happy Birthday when the cake came out.
