Cannot recommend Whiplash more for Lash Lifting! I had a lash Lift today with Michelle, and have already recommended her to two of my family and friends. She was kind, and made me feel completely at ease during the session. My eyelashes look absolutely amazing, even better than extensions. The price is also an added bonus. I plan to book back in with Michelle as soon as possible!

Mae and her team have doing my lashes for over 5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon has such a stylish, relaxed vibe and the quality of service is second to none. Got a lash lift for the first time yesterday and Michelle did an incredible job. My lashes looked so long and perfectly curled, I thought they were extensions lol. I never make bookings ahead, but I booked my second appointment already. Michelle herself was so wonderful and kept me so relaxed and entertained. The conversation was lovely and I 1000% recommend coming here for your first experience. Pricing is very reasonable for the service and the quality of the lash lift. Thank you Michelle!

I’ve never been so mistreated by a salon in my life! I myself am I beauty therapist and you should always treat your clients or any human with respect and common decency. Not only did she refused to do my treatment when I showed up a little because I was sent to two different locations which was their fault she still stole money out of my account without allowing me to rebook! I wasn’t able to communicate with her as she never answered my calls or text that I was running a little late because of the misguided location details. Just a money hungry salon with horrible costumer service! But a blessing in disguise because my friend went there and they destroyed her lashes and never refunded her either.

I have been a client of Whiplash for approx. 6 years! Mae and Michelle are both highly trained lash professionals who I highly recommend. From humble beginnings to now training others, Mae continues to develop her skills to share with her students. Excellent quality!

I just had my first ever teeth whitening treatment done from Pouna.
I drink many coffees a day and no matter how much I brush they always looked yellow. After an hour in the chair I came out with a different kind of smile. I am shocked at how much brighter and whiter they look. I should have done this year's ago.

100% recommend training through Whiplash! Mae was so lovely to learn from. I have learnt so much about starting my own business doing classic eyelash extensions. And since completing my course if I have had any questions Mae has always been there to help. I wouldn't be where I am today without Mae.

I have been a couple of times to the salon and always paid 50% ahead of time, last time I was booked in I had to cancel last minute due to illness, I fully expected to be charged the full fee less my deposit, however, this business keeps you deposit and then charges you for a full appointment regardless, so an $85 lash lift actually costs $127.50. Be careful using this business, they have dont even accept covid positive as a reason, I would recommend finding somewhere more flexible and not a company that will steal your deposit and a full appointment fee

I’m really happy with the services at whiplash, my lashes are tailored to what I like and last longer than I’ve previously experienced. Friendly service and easy booking system.

Would not reccomend owner was rude and made to try and pay for service deposit twice for rescheduling. Was in quarantine that got extended the first time then needed to change appointments due to pregnancy complication not reasonable and difficult to deal with. Would not reccomend!

What can I say about Mae? A truly gifted Lash Artist (with multiple awards to prove it) who cares about her clients and ensuring they get the best possible results from her. The lash work she produces is of such a high standard and anyone considering her for lash services I can promise you 100% that you will not be disappointed! I'm super proud of all that Mae has accomplished for herself over the years I've known her, she deserves every bit of her success and more. Highly recommend!
