Amazing, they were so good with my baby boy buddy.he has separation anxiety so he needs a little extra work but they made sure he was as comfortable as he could be! They had a record on how he was doing and they handled him extremely well.he was definitely a favourite.will be coming back when we go away next! 10/10 buddy approved!:)

Awful place. Do not take your pets here. Killed my cat and refused refund. So rude to deal with.

I LOVE this kennel! I have taken my Dalmatian to a few kennels in the past (a needy and intelligent breed that doesn't do so well in a kennel) and he's always come back very nervous and skinny. I have taken him to Hanrob (previously WCPC) 3 times now and each time he has been so happy afterwards and not underweight. I receive feedback after each of his stays and it's clear that the staff there absolutely love animals which makes me feel very comfortable leaving him in your care. I look forward to bringing him in again for his next stay!

Ben attends Doggie Daycare 3 times a week and absolutely loves it. The dogs have real grassed enclosed areas to run freely on and are given activities to keep them busy. Thank you Hanrob for taking care of Ben.

Recently had a tour of this facility & trialled our boy Sunny there overnight. We were very impressed with the thorough tour & information we received.
Following the successful trial, we feel more than happy to board our boy there for our upcoming holiday. All staff from reception to management were very friendly & accomodating.
It is evident to us that these people really love what they are doing!

Our Odyn loves day care at Hanrob. He has made lots of friends. Staff are all lovely and caring. Great value for money.

We had our Willow at this facility for more than 2 weeks in Dec / Jan. Though the pricing was steep, but market, we had the best experience from viewing in advance and questions being answered. Willow was well looked after and returned to us clean, in good spirit and excellent health. The litmus test - yes we'll use Hanrob Pet Hotels Perth again and without fear or trepidation.

When we went to check in on Friday afternoon after travelling 6 hrs we were asked if we recieved the email informing us that they had a few cases of kennel cough. We had not, I have checked through every possible folder it could have gone to and there is nothing. We were stuck in a hard place because we were far from home, had appointments in Perth and dogs weren't allowed in our accommodation. They said the dogs in question were in quarantine and they were following strict sanitation processes. Reluctantly we finished the check in process and were told we could call whenever we liked to check in on Luigi. Being the first time he has been boarded at a kennel we tried many times to call them on Saturday, each time getting the line is busy/off the hook result. Finally got through at 11.45am. When we picked him up on Sunday he had lost weight and slept the entire trip back home. Come Wednesday and he started displaying signs of Kennel cough. A week later and he's still battling with it and was put on anti- inflammatorys yesterday. This has been a stressful and costly weekend (not a cheap kennel to begin with) and the flow on effect has not ended for us. When asked why they couldn't call/sms the upcoming clients to make sure they know, their response is there are too many of them. We would have found an alternative arrangement had we had the forewarning.

We checked in our 6 months old puppy in here for 3 days for his first time. He came out smelling bad when we collected him this afternoon and running towards the door. They use choking leads which restricts the neck when they are pulling/running. We paid premium for additional playtimes and treat times but no one was able to let us know how he went in those sessions. Given the lack of information I doubt even if our doggo got those treatments that we paid for.

Not impressed with the staff at all. Talked to a very exhausted dog handler who provided very evasive answers to our questions.

We regret going with WCPCC and will not be coming back. If you love your dog please keep them away from this place.

My dog and cat needed boarding as my partner and I had renovations done. We had never boarded our 2 boys before so we had some nerves. WCPC made the process very easy and helped to reduce the nerves of having our pets board for a extended period of time. They provided helpful information and the whole team was very knowledgeable. It was also nice to know that they had various and fair priced boarding options for both dogs and cats depending on their needs. Thank you so much for looking after them so well, we very much appreciate the whole team. We will definitely be having our boys visit again and I am sure they will he just as excited to see you too.

P. S. Finn and Alu say a Big Thank You!

A great kennel. Took exquisite care of our furbaby. Personnel are very well trained and capable. Very communicative about any potential issues.

I thoroughly recommend this kennel. Not only for their comfortable facilities, but the excellent staff who are knowledgeable and understanding to each individual dog's needs. Also the time they take to give a detailed overview of your family member's stay with them. I put my Shar Pei, Olive, in for boarding (she is naturally aloof with strangers and other dogs as well as being very attached to myself, but the professional team at West Coast knew this is a trait of the breed). She had her free trial stay as well as another one night in the kennel before her 8 night stay. My anxiety was probably worse than hers at the thought of leaving her. But I believe these trials and the staff at West Coast help put this feeling at ease (as well as Olive's).
I picked her up after 8 nights and she's as happy as ever. Tired but no issues at all. Will definitely be using their services again in future.

So rude and un helpful. The girl who answered the phone wouldn’t even let me get one word in. I was trying to explain my puppy wasn’t vaccinated yet but was booked in and I would get the certificate to her before the classes I just wanted to ask some questions and if they had a wait list to see if I could get her in it. It doesn’t take a lot of time to listen to someone and understand their needs and be somewhat helpful! As a first time puppy owner we sometimes don’t know what we are doing so just be patient. I am so disappointed.

First at drop off reception was not as helpful, asked if we will be able to get an update on our dog on how he is going and was told the facility has more than 100 dogs so not sure if we will be able to get a response. At pickup my dog was dirty, had diarrhea all over his bottom and tail and was wet. Maybe I'll think twice before sending my dog back there again

Top notch, we had our German Shepherd in for boarding/training program for 3 weeks. Excellent training facilities and great trainers. I will be using them again as it's made a huge difference in our dog

Our dog's behaviour improved by following West Coast Pet Care's training and advice. Their staff is professional and could answer all our questions and concerns. They are very good with following up and staying in touch.

We paid $406 for 7days. To find out our dog got 20 minutes a day outside the rest locked up with out any of interaction from anyone. She had just gone to the vet the day I dropped her off for needles (second) we could not just visit her and when we did a few days later her eye was cut her paws were cut and blood was on my cloths. They could not tell me what happened except it was not on her records when you brought her in. Then on top of there costs I had to take my dog to vet for antibiotics, (extra $150) Couldn't leave her toy or blanket.not worth the money and what they say on Web is far from the truth. Disgusted on what they did and how they treated our dog.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. If you love your pets don't leave them there.
