What a wonderful find: a real family butcher with the very best quality meat, only the absolutely necessary amount of packaging (which includes a paper bag to take your shopping home rather than plastic) and such friendly, helpful service.
I don' come this way often but when I do, I will make a point of always stopping by in future.

Weir’s butcher is the best in town so many options and the quality is out of this world. Every cut of meat I have tried has been exceptional with the upmost flavour. Not to mention the customer service, it is outstanding they will go above and beyond to provide you with everything you need.
This is where dreams are made!

The selection of meats and pre-made meals at Weir’s is just amazing. Very attentive, friendly and prompt staff.

The pre-prepared meals are delicious, I've had a number of quiches and It's obvious that there is new management from the outward atmosphere and appearance of the shop. I nearly forgot about the Biltong they make, I was in heaven! 5 stars!

Last night Mum cooked pulled lamb shoulder from Weirs. After the first bite I yelled “oh my God, this is literally the best lamb I’ve ever had in my life! ”

I never have any idea what I want to cook for dinner. LOVE LOVE LOVE WEIRS. Their pre-cooked curries are way better than I can cook - they do have an in-house chef, so I’m ok with this. Ready-to-cook meat and vegetarian options are fabulous and when I do cook from scratch.the quality of the meat is excellent.

I had an amazing experience at Weirs Butchers. The quality and range of different meats is exceptional whilst they also provide a great range of home cooked meals enabling you to cater for any occasion (Would highly recommend the beef jerky). Not only do they sell high quality products, but the customer service experience is also top notch. The staff are very helpful in satisfying your needs whilst doing it politely with a smile on their face. It’s a great all round experience!

Weirs is under new management and it just gets better everyday. The quality is back at its best, the range of meat, ready-to-cook meals, pre-prepared options, and catering is inspiring. We love the new owners. They are great fun, friendly and know what they are talking about. This has all the benefits of a butcher of yesteryear with the range and quality beyond expectation. And they will deliver! Service is outstanding. Wishing you every success.

Love this butcher! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have the yummiest pre-prepared meals from their home recipes and everything is fresh.

Don't buy anything from the older gentleman - he is deceptive. Slugs you with 3x the price per kg for the exact same product sold elsewhere - claiming organic/grass-fed but it is not labelled that way. Also, his scale must be either off or he's knowingly over-estimating the weight by about 25% - we tested his measurements at home with our own scale. He gives you attitude if you complain. Horrific customer service from this guy.

Friendly and good customer service. Their Glazed Ham is a must! Take all of the stress off me for Christmas Diner.
