We went here tonight for dinner. But the bowl they gave me for Kimchi soup had cockroaches. It's really terrible for me

VERY DISAPPOINTED on the amount of the food not worth what we paid for.meats are good and kimchi.is just the price and amount of food that they serve is not what we expect.didn't even get full enough.will never comeback here. Also it take 45mins to serve the food. I'M VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED we went to different similar restaurant before but never had this experience. EXPENSIVE AND VERY LITTLE AMOUNT OF SERVINGS.

We are four people walk in to the restaurant. However, ours had cockroaches in the dipping sauce (pictured below). We have been hoping that the boss will come out and solve the problem, but there has been no response. So we are so angry and upset. Hoping the government and department can handle the health problems, hygiene problems and food safety. Thank you so much.

I’m really disappointed about your service. I’ve been waiting for half hour and no any food come up yet, the charcoal fire keep heating up for half hour and without any food, very Smokey, very unusual, without any fan or air condition on, we can’t breath here, it nearly cause carbon monoxide poisoning. I’m very loyal customers and been here for many times for each month. Now I’m really disappointed service here today. I recommend you should increase kitchen staffs in the restaurant for faster service and keep air fresh in the shop.

False advertising. Unfilling overpriced salad with rubbish morlsels. Wasted $28. Kimchi rice soup worthless too. Don't go here. I aint fasting hunny.

Not happy at all - staff were unhelpful and we kept having to remind them what we ordered. We came with a big group and asked the staff if the ice cream would be complimentary and they said YES. So at the end we asked to get our COMPLIMENTARY ICE CREAM and they brought it out - there was a tiny bit of ice cream which was half melted and we had to eat it with a fork.when the bill came we were charged $85 for the melted ice cream which came to $5/head. I talked to the staff as all of us heard her telling us we would get free ice cream and she said "I misunderstood you' - I asked to speak to the manager and they said he had left.very disappointed with the poor service and they didn't even care that we were unhappy. Didn't even apologise to us. Everything is so over priced and we were all very disappointed as to how they handled that situation. They really should have advised us about the costing as they misunderstood us.

Staff not very friendly or helpful. No bothered to explain that you have 60 minutes to order from the buffet and 90 minutes in which to complete you meal. Had we known this we would not taken our time and ordered for food instead of talking. It's a shame really as the food itself was good quality.

I now understand why this place is never busy. I walked in hungry, paid $90 for a 2 person set menu and left the place still hungry. When we mentioned that we didn't feel the food matched the pricing we were told it was because we chose not to have pork (even though we don't consume pork for religious reasons). Pretty poor excuse, you need to cater for those who don't eat pork and make adjustments to the set menu. One salad, Tiny bowl of soup each, 2 bowls of rice, some fried chicken, 2 tiny bowls of chicken to grill and barely 200G of beef to cook ourselves, $90 and thats supposed to feed 2 people? Simply overpriced, this is why your restaurant is always empty. So many other options in the local area we certainly wont be coming back.

I only write reviews when it's real bad. 1 star is being too generous
No excuses guys. Accountability. Let's start:

1st visit, we were told to wait 15 minutes for a table. We waited out front in the cold for 45 minutes before we decided to leave. DO NOT PROMISE WHAT YOU CANNOT DELIVER!

2nd visit = always give a 2nd chance. We thought it'd be a good idea to take our mate there for a birthday dinner.small group of 6.1 hour wait till the food came out. Small proportions ("I don't recall this as fine dining"), Not delivering anything and expected -10% will do. Gave too many chances. Crossed the line.

On a Saturday night, you cannot run roughly 4 people in the restaurant with nobody fronthouse. Under staffed.

I don't eat too much but that was nothing.

After waiting for 1 hour, we decided to leave, but said that it was ready to go "don't leave", Compensate with "drinks on the house" that never came out? You expect us to near full price? 10% is not good enough. I'd like a refund but the guy seemed he just manage the place and didn't have the final decision.honestly should have given at least 30% off or just walked out without paying. My friend was way too nice and didn't want to further spoil the vibe for friend's birthday.disappointing.

You literally scammed us $244.00. I was still feeling not satisfied or remotely fed. It was not justified. I think a maccas meal would have filled me better for quarter the price.

Management skills are extremely poor. Your conflict resolution was terrible. As soon as someone starts to wonder where food is, you decide to attend to that table first. That's not how it should work buddy. Management poorly handled the situation. They're probably under paying staff too.

Rubbish customer service had booking for5 people for fathers day and they told me there was other customer came before us, so they didn't give us the bigger table.

We made a booking and arrived on time but then found out from the waitress that they had 'stuffed up' and didn't have a table for us at the time. I was obviously not impressed as we had made a booking beforehand, not just a walk-in. When we got a table there were only 3 sets of cutlery set up (we had booked for 5 people with everyone present) and when asking for the chopsticks and bowls etc, the waitress made it seem like it was a bother for them. When ordering the Hotpot set for 2, we were rudely told that if anyone else was seen eating the items from the buffet then we would be charged additional (in such a rude manner - could have definitely been worded better). Meat was good but very small portions. The hotpot soup was super sweet - would not recommend getting this set at all. When we finally got the bill, we were overcharged (I never usually check the bill but glad i did this time). Overall, a terrible experience - service needs major improvement.

Poor service. Waited 30mins for the BBQ meats.

Waited 1 hour for a very expensive Shabu Shabu set. $90 for 10 slices of beef. The hotpot didn’t come with rice noodles and mushrooms that shown on the menu.

Dinning time was limited to 2hours. Totally nonsense.

Ordered rice. Waited for 50mins, we cancelled finally.

Foods were ok, but service was extremely poor

食物很好吃,肉也很棒,但是店員服務態度不好,我們是點吃到飽,但出菜速度非常慢,給客人的感覺很像很怕客人吃, 而且換烤網居然要2$
The food and the meat were very good but the staffs attitude was verrrrrrry bad, and the order takes soooooooo long. How fannnnooooo!

I’d not recommend this place. The food was ok. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful at all. The order time is 75 minutes and when we tried to order. The staff looked so unhappy to take your order. And they walked passed and kept saying wait and wait and a couple time they didn’t even come to ask you. So I had to keep calling them. And it took about 15 minutes to get our first edamame after our first order within 75 minutes. I understand It was busy when we went and seemed only 2 waitresses there. So 75 minutes wasn’t enough as you have to wait a long time to come out. $80/per person. Not worth it!

The food was okay.meat has a slight frozen after taste to it? Salad was nice

Ever since eating there though.my wife and I feel quite off. This is the only thing we have eaten in common today.

It's not the best value at $45/head with the platter. And adding insult to injury $5 for a can of coke.wow.that is just stupidly expensive.

Simply put, there are better places to go and eat.

Star for service which wasn't bad.

Would I go again.highly unlikely and would I recommend it? No for the above reasons.

Too busy. Not enough staff so therefore kept forgetting for someone to bring our food (we were booked for wagyu buffet).

Always wanted to come here but clearly I should have noticed the lower reviews more as what's listed in them is exactly what I experienced.

Definatly understaffed, the waiting periods were substantial, the quickest thing was a can of coke which still took 30 min just to grab.

With only 4 tables full on the night I'm still not sure what was taking soo long when we have to cook it at the table.not here to complain about the food though if you like good quality beef you will like it here, service is where it's falling way short

Food is 4 stars.
However, We had been charged $2 for BBQ net and we never know until made payment. Although $2 is not much but I still hope you can tell customers when we are ordering the food. Customer service is absolutely awful, I don’t know if your staff can speak English or not but when we finish the meal, a girl took our BBQ net and tidied up the table without any asking. That’s extremely RUDE.

Overall, never ever come back again for this kind of customer service. I can pay same price with better service and better food.
