I had my hair chemically straightened and I must admit I was nervous having it done by an apprentice as my hair is very long and has been coloured for a very long time. The whole experience was brilliant, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The apprentice was so diligent, spent hours standing, working away without a break until my hair was finished. The result was fantastic. Also, massive admiration to the lecturer Mimi who is incredibly professional, supportive and genuinely cares about the girls and their results

Model for a hairdresser student today and I am very happy with the results. Student was very reassuring and professional. Would go back again to get a haircut again!

I had my hair permanently straightened here. Everyone was super nice and friendly but after washing my hair 3 days later realising the treatment hadn't worked they wanted nothing to do with it. No refund nothing. Very annoyed and upset.

Lecturer's are rude to trainee's, trainee's are rude to clients. Wont be recommending this place to anyone.

As an apprentice at WA Academy i am here quite often and it always puts a smile on my face walking in the doors to see the lovely receptionist charlotte and i always enjoy my day with the awesome lecturers and great staff

All Staff are lovely and friendly as soon as you arrival, All lectures are friendly and helpful when needed! I'm really enjoying my hairdressing Certificate 3 course at the Academy! Highly recommend!

INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They delete all bad reviews left on their Facebook page. I was abused and sworn at by the president of the Academy. The school is unhygenic and breaks several health codes. They are incredibly unprofessional. I was left unsupervised in a classroom for several of my beauty lessons, being taught by ANOTHER STUDENT. They are known for breaking contracts and there is a reason they have one of the worst reputations in Perth. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere, it's truly sickening how unprofessional they are towards their students. The premises are dirty and you will more than likely be sued working as a beauty therapist after attending this academy because they do not teach their students correctly and are neglectful. I have no good things to say about this place.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. #1 The most unhygienic and dirty place I've ever set foot in. #2 They have the worst reputation for a reason, the president is a tyrant. #3 Instead of dealing with their complaints, this money hungry place just denies their wrongdoings and deletes peoples bad reviews. This place has screwed over many people, please do not attend this school

LOVE THIS PLACE! Did all my hairdressing training there and honestly could not fault a single thing! The lecturers are amazing and i feel i have had some of the best training. Would highly recommend WA academy!

I love the WA Academy and the hair and beauty salons. I adore the staff and the services are FANTASTIC!

This place is a joke. Wa academy is cancelled. Go here if you want to learn how to do a ‘can I speak to the manager haircut’ and out dated makeup looks from 2009. Don’t waste your time. They treat students as Slaves to clean their dirty premises too.vomits

Honestly would love to give it 0 stars but that’s not possible. If you’re into getting scammed of you hard earned dollars be my guest but this place is seriously unprofessional, ripping off their students and deleting bad reviews so innocent people have no idea of the misleading lies. The truth always comes out sis x

Such an amazing environment to learn in. I completed my cert 3 hairdressing and cert 4 retail management here and can say it’s the best training I have recieved. Lecturers are great and truly care, the building itself is beautiful and Charlotte the receptionist makes you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in. Would recommend for all hair/beauty/business courses.

I completed my Cert IV in retail management through WA Academy in bentley, fantastic delivery & amazing support. Couldn’t recommend higher.

I am currently completing my hairdressing apprenticeship here at WA Academy and I could not imagine going anywhere else. The staff, lecturers and the facilities are amazing!

Really great academy, Charlotte at the front desk is amazing and is always a huge help! All the lecturers are so talented and amazing to learn from! Highly recommend the academy!

WA Academy is very well presented with friendly helpful office staff, it has very highly recommended trainers in all areas, offering the best training for all parts of the beauty industry. Currently doing cert IV in retail management and am really enjoying it!

This is best place in the world, one stop shop very professional, and a place you are so welcomed to come to! Where would someone you ring knows who you are before you say your name.its AMAZING! Especially Charlotte! Coming here for over 20 years and never had a bad service!

Absolutely revolting unhygienic treatment rooms! I wish i’d asked one of the numerous roaches on the floor to wax me instead as they couldn’t have done a worse job than the students who it seems have unfortunately only received the most minimal training.avoid at all costs.i’ve attempted to warn others on facebook so they don’t have to endure the same diabolical rash i was left with but they delete all negative comments.disgusted and disappointed.

Thank you so much to the lecturers at WA Academy for my beauty course. I had the best time, challenging at times for sure but helpful all the way. Natalie changing my timetable so many times and Charlotte always cheerful and helpful. The college is a lovely place to study having studied at other beauty colleges when i was at school i have to say WA Academy leaps and bounds above the others. Thanks guys i will miss you.
