We have been taking our pets (dogs, cat, chickens) to this clinic for years. We find them to be universally professional, caring and supportive.

Been coming here for years. ALL staff, nurses, vets and receptionists are 110% always polite on the phone and in person. They are ALL very knowledgeable. We always have a muzzle on our dog Hallee before entering not because our dog attacks but for reassurance to staff and people if they are in the waiting room. Keep up all the good work wonderful people. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. And in these times of Covid 19 I am sure that we ALL know what happens when we have appointments whether at a Vet or Doctors or anything else as to protect their staff and us as customers ourselves. It's common sense in these times.

If I could rate zero stars I would.

All three members on staff receptionist, nurse and veterinarian on duty all failed to lend me the information regarding the examination restrictions. For covid. Noore did they inquire about any potential complications due to these restrictions regarding a new patient.

This was my very first appointment and even after a call from the site manger I was unable to resolve this issue.

I was asked to leave the room and take a seat while the door was closed and the nurse and vet attempted to muzzle my dog without my permission. I was then asked to re-enter the room and muzzle my dog which I then did. Only for the nurse and vet to ask me to leave the room again and continue restraining my dog managing to putting $9 worth of dye in her eye before giving up and refusing to examine my dog any further then I was asked to pay the full $90 examination fee + cost of dye for no service in return. The reason being due to the social distancing restrictions I was unable to be present in the room with my dog during the examination.

I fail to see how this was my cost to cover. This was mild/severe case of conjunctivitis in dogs and instead I lend myself to believe your site manger, receptionist, nurse and veterinarians are all incapable of providing the service required in your company’s terms and conditions agreement. Zero stars!

I can not recommend any less the vet west hospital in midland. You have my contact number the virtuous thing to do would be to contact with me. Thank you

Seen Robert yesterday and he was great help. Decided to go here to get a second opinion from what another vet told us. His verdict was alot more realistic and reasurring. Clearly explained what he thought the issue could be and it made sense. Also pointed out things in our examination that wasn't mentioned at our previous vet practice. Will be coming back.

We’ve been seeing the vets here for several years & they have been exceptional in looking after our much loved pets. I must also mention the rest of the staff have also been excellent.

Unfortunately we lost two of our beautiful animal friends in the last few months and these guys were not only professional but more importantly, so sympathetic for our loss. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye & we are eternally grateful for their kindness. I could not recommend them enough.

Highly recommended, compassionate and caring vets who made the euthanision of our dear beloved girl bearable. They showed nothing but care and respect on what was one of the worst days of my life. Thankyou Vet West.

Earlier this year this I hit a dog in my car that had run into the middle of the road. I sent the kids playing with the dog to get the owners, put all 3 in my car and rushed them all down to a local vet I was directed to. It was evident the dogs owners were very young, disadvantaged and poor. It was also evident they wouldn't and couldn't pay their bill which was let go. As a small business owner who also cares for animals, I know that for every person that moans about being overcharged or that something has been done wrong, businesses and their staff give a lot from themselves. Just like in this instance, businesses are also: not paid, underpaid, completely ripped off, give massive discounts borne out of compassion sympathy and a genuine desire to provide the best care we can. My partner drove our dog straight in there today, and they saved our puppies life. After nearly an hour long consultation on a weekend and a few injections we paid $150 I run a dog boarding service from home and will now use their 7 day a week service for all our dogs that require treatment. Thankyou Vet West Midland.

Fantastic vets and staff. They are very compassionate especially when we had to put our chronically ill old pug “Patrick” down. Highly recommended.

First visit which was an emergency, they took my puppy straight in and auccessfully treated her. Expensive but the staff were very caring. I even got a follow up call the day after we took our dog home.

Very expensive and receptionist was quite abrupt. Made an appointment to come in but still had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. The vet herself was what made it worth it

Very unprofessional service, i got a quote to get my dog desexed and all the information i gave was accurate, when i got her there they added an extra $50 on to the price and wouldn't honour the quote even though the mistake and miscommunication was on their end, safe to say i took my business elsewhere which was sad considering i had been taking my dog to vetwest for 3 years. Would not recommend!

Never had a worse experience in my life. Because of thier lack of care and knowledge they prescribed our dog the wrong things which made him really sick and inturn killed him. Apart from that they are 3 times more expensive then any other local vet, which if wouldnt be a problem if they actually did there job right. Also very unprofessional as well since i had to continually chase up the vets and never got any calls back when i tried to make a complaint.

SAVE YOUR PET AND DON'T GO THERE. THEY KILLED MY CAT! SHAME ON THEM.this Vet killed my cat by giving her a dog medicine.she was having a catflu & by giving her a big doze of a wrong medicine she start vomiting blood and when i called the reception the lady said couldn't be the wrong medicine just continue and bring her back after 2 days.then i went to another reputable vet they told me because of the wrong medicine (its a doze for dog) she developed a liver failure. & died after a week.
