Amazing caring wonderful staff can't recommend them highly enough when my beautiful nanook had to go over the rainbow Bridge they made an extremely hard day not so unbelievable hard they just went above and beyond

I had to have my 14 year old chihuahua put to sleep today. The vet and staff were very kind. I got very tearful and the vet Manuji was so empathetic and supportive. I cannot thank her enough.

Prescribed large pills for a tiny cat. We had to break them which made them jagged and painful for her to swallow. Went back to exchange them for an easier method, only to be charged a second dispensing fee.

Could they not see these pills were too big for a tiny cat. Lack of care evident!

Took my cat in last week because she had a lot of discharge just to be told that she had a UTI and been giving her antibiotics and I told them it doesn’t look anything like a UTI. A week later her tummy has been swelling up took her to the emergency in midland and they done a scan witch should have been done to begin with and told me she has Pyometra and tried to get her in for surgery just to wait for another day.

Izzy was seen to by wonderful staff. The vet was very helpful friendly and professional. Couldn't thank them enough. Izzy is doing so much better.

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. We were with this vet for ALL of our dogs for 20 years had not one single issue then all of a sudden we get a letter saying “we can no longer be your vet” due to apparently late payments (first of all you were informed if there was going to be a late payment which might I add was rare, because guess what in this day and age everyone is struggling financially), on top of this we tried to get our little dog Tilly into another vet, they had to get the records from Vetwest and vetwest Midland decided to run our name through the dirt. You guys should honestly be ashamed to call your self a vet, you are here to focus on the pets but you aren’t doing that! The old management was fantastic, they understood people go through hardships but their main priority was the ANIMALS at the end of the day. This new management are a bunch of low life’s who only care about the money! Just disgusting how u treated a long time customer.

They are not very good at handling cats. Almost as if they are scared of them, do not take your cat here they are useless

If I could give less than 1 I would, the vet told me my dog had cancer with a smile on her face, yep a smile! Then was completely robotic whilst cleaning her surgery wound (which was done terribly), no nice words, well wishes, after care treatments, nothing.

They are always so compassionate, caring and go out of their way to ensure the up most care for your pet

The team here are incredibly helpful and compassionate. I have multiple animals attend this practice. Recently we had to have our cat, Missy put down after some investigation. Dr. Shirley was so considerate, explained things so well and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. I have nothing bad to say about her or the team here.

I love how the vets always take the time to explain everything and the girls on the desk are so lovely!

If I can give minus 5 stars I would don't take your pet to this business, we took our dog there with a case of bad parvo and after our consultation we wanted to take him home and treat him but the Vet wouldn't let us, she refused my wife to let him go after our out the door and even said she will euthanise him that day if we did, we reluctantly gave in. Then I requested to visit him one night later and was refused access he died that night unattended in the isolation room the vet informed me that they found him with rigorous mortis already set in, we went to view his body that day and said our last goodbyes the isolation room was just a small room with him on the floor just wrapped in a towel and there were small cages in there which we suspect he was in when he died he was a large dog, we would of had a better chance of taking him to a battery farm, we think this treatment contributed to his death. If you love your pet don't take him here and especially if they have parvo this place is not adequate to provide such treatments its obvious from the size of the place and they don't tell you that during the night your pet will be left unattended they only care about what they can profit from people's misery

I would like to thank Daniel Mills and the all of the staff at Midland vet, they were the most caring people I have known over the 11 years they looked after our little dog Lilly. Thank you all.

This vet is only interested the amount of momey they can sting you for. My dog is traumatised and has anxiety that needs medication before vet visit now. Vet wanted an x-ray for same issue from previous visit where x-ray showed nothing significant I was told and given expensive meds.then once informed x-ray were done on last visit, then they found issue that apparently could be seen this time. Staff are not friendly toward large breads. If your animal is sedated as you are told during x-rays, then why would they need to muzzle during procedure and then say she didn't like l being put into position for x-ray. No a 6 mnth old puppy usually doesn't like being forced to do things scary things without there owners. If she was sedated then this shouldn't have be an issue.

It was time for our beloved dog Ollie to leave this earth after 14 years. Dr Dan explained to us our options even though we knew there was only one. He showed dignity and compassion for us and our Ollie. The vet nurse was also very understanding. I cannot speak highly enough of this vet practice. Thank you

Excellent service, quick and easy and they use Zipay which was a blessing for my sick cat and me, I thought it was very good service, but the front steel door was hard for me, very heavy. Otherwise great?

Fantastic service, my dog was ill on a Sunday and we were seen within the hour of calling and making a booking.

Would not recommend. Incorrectly quoted price in person and over the phone for my lil pooches procedure

From end of life care for my previous staffy, to looking after my new staffy, I have found the staff at VetWest Midland to be incredibly kind and caring individuals. They charge reasonable fees for amazing work. They managed to diagnose a serious health issue in my last dog that had been missed by his past 3 vets. I will always recommend them.

Great clinic and the staff are very friendly. I have the wellness plan for my dog and it's saved me a lot of money in the long run and I have her worm and flea treatments sent via mail - so handy. There is a cat area seperate to the dog area. Staff are consistent with follow up calls.
