Vetwest Animal Hospitals Bibra Lake

Vetwest was the only vet in the area that thankfully agreed (30min until close) to see our very sick chicken last week. And thanks to them could humanly euthanise our hen so she didn’t suffer throughout the night. Great service from fantastic people, thank you so much!

The staff have been helping me with my overweight cat for almost a year and are always helpful and friendly. I bring him for a free weigh in with the nurse and they will always refer back to the vet in duty if needed - no appointment or charge.

I can’t praise Vet West Bibra Lake, and especially Doctor Anja Turner enough! She’s gone above and beyond to make sure our old doggie girl recovered from such horrific allergies that at one point I thought the kindest thing would be to put her out of her absolute misery. Anja would not give up and tried medications and treatments until she found just the right one-. No one thinks our old girl is already 13 - she’s as fit as can be. Treatment is reasonably priced and I know I’m not charged for unnecessary treatment. We’re not going anywhere else ever again!

If you decide to have an animal, it’s your responsibility to ensure you are financially able to pay for needed treatment. Vet West is not money hungry- you appear to be stingy, irresponsible and terribly ill mannered and rude.)

Took my 10 year old stuffy in as she was very lathergic unfortunately she had an internal bleed and had cancerthe decision to have her put to sleep was a hard one the care of the nurse and vet was over and above and I thank them for all there support in this sad time I would have no hesitation in recomending this vet very compassionate thankyou once again for all your help

Amazing vet who actually care. They have helped me out a bunch of times, and their love of animals shines through in every interaction. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

They have looked after our cats for many years with great care and expertise. When our cat possum was ailing with cancer one of the vets visited us nightly on her way home to care for her. The vets can be quite good at helping me to manage my dog, with generalised anxiety issues, to ensure she remains comfortable and has a positive experience.

10/10! Honestly, after just two encounters with this vet - I cannot recommend them enough. I took our 9 week old puppy in for her worming tablet and the vet nurse, Ashley, was so friendly and helpful - even clipped her nails for free. We then had a mishap over the weekend where our pup got sand in her eye. I rang the vet and they suggested saline eye drops which worked almost instantly and saved us a trip to the vet! I know this vet will be where we always go, regardless of where we may reside in the future!
