Vetwest Animal Hospitals Bibra Lake

I called Vetwest in Bibra Lake today (19/09) because my dog was having difficulty walking and seemed in pain. I was told by Vetwest that they could not see us for the next four days as they were fully booked. Also because my dog hadn't been there before they would need to schedule an extended appointment. They offered me an appointment in four days time. I declined and called another vet who offered me an appointment straight away due to the circumstances. I will not call Vetwest again.

I couldn’t thank the staff enough, they were amazing and so understand, caring, Highly recommend. I know they will take good care of our boy!

Booking was super easy with their online system.
I did mention a suggestion with their online booking system, having the option to add the booked appointment into one's calendar, saves creating one.

The practice was clean, well placed open layout, front desk staff were friendly & accommodating.

The Vet we saw was friendly, courteous & provided helpful advice/options for us consider. No sales or decision pressure.

Glad this will be our local Vet practice to go to

I have a little Maltese Shitzu who can get extremely anxious when she visits the vet but she loves coming to Bibra Lake and the staff are so caring and professional.

Highest recommendation for these vets, nurse’s and staff, always make you feel wanted and your pet cared for. Always smiling, willing to chat. A home away from home. Have been going to this vet clinic for well over 30 years. Having changed hands a few times they always manage to have the most caring people working there.

Dr Christie and their practise manager Carrie are 2 of the most compassionate people I have met. I couldn't leave my previous review, it wouldn't be fair. They did all they could to help my beautiful Niv, but there was nothing that could be done to ever fully fix her issues. We go through tough things in life, and we want to find blame, I guess it's human nature, but these guys weren't to blame. Time was. There's no cure for time.

Fantastic both times, both in terrible circumstances, Vet West Bibra Lake were life savers for my boy Jaxx (literally). Thoroughly explained everything from procedures, to costs, their follow up phone calls, all done with empathy, patience and kindness. The staff are always pleasant and their care is beyond expectation.

Vet West at Bibra Lake are just the best! Top level of care provided and lovely people. Dr Anja and Dr Kaitlyn are brilliant vets and have provided the highest level of care to my two dogs. I can not thank them and Vet West enough.

Big shout out………. Form the minute we arrive Carey and her team fuss all over Maxwell (the wonder cat). Make us feel at ease, then he visits his fav vet Dr Anja. She along with her team ‘out the back’ they have been caring for Max who is a diabetic. Thanks to the team he is still going strong at 20! Coming to this clinic we know our max is alway in good care

Attended the practice on the 24/02/2022 and were very happy with our experience. Our 10 week old puppy was seen by Dr Anja and microchipped by the nursing staff. They were all very professional and caring. It is a wonderful family environment and the staff all make it an excellent experience for both the animals and the humans.

Not happy! Came here on the 22/2/22 in the afternoon Dr. Faheem Noor had seen my 8 month old German Shepherd & he was quite pushy he muzzled him which stressed him out & was unnecessary as he’s a very friendly puppy & also told me to train my dog little did he know my dog has been doing training & still is, he also got me to put cleaner in his ear when I paid him to do that as he is the vet there… not a nice experience for me or my puppy won’t be coming back there again!

Dr Anya and Dr Kaitlyn are amazing. They genuinely care for your pets and take the time to listen and put your minds at ease. I 100% trust them with the care of our puppy. Would highly recommend them for any questions or concerns for your fur babies!

Have been taking my greyhounds to Vetwest Bibra Lake for several years now and am very happy with the clinic and staff. Minimal wait times, follow up phone calls and empathetic, caring staff.

Easy to book appointments online, and helpful over the phone too. Friendly and informative staff at front desk. Excellent vet nurses and vet doctors at this location as well. You can tell they have a passion for their work and are very knowledgeable. All great at handling my new excitable puppy who loves going to the vet a little too much.

Reception very friendly and efficient. The phone call at beginning was good. They listened and took care of what needed to be done. Highly recommend this practise for your pet.

We are always very happy with the care our dog Henry receives from Vetwest Bibra Lake. The staff are loving and go above and beyond to ensure Henry is looked after ️

The staff at VetWest are just so lovely! They listen to any queries I have and respond with informed consideration. They treat my my cats with care and kindness. I would highly recommend VetWest! The Care Plan is great value too!
