Varsity Waterford

First time at this varsity ever and was absolutely blown away from the service. Great work to the staff their the food was out quickly, the staff were polite and welcoming. The battered dill pickles were crazy. All round just great atmosphere and a great place to have feed. Good work Guys!

Good fun place to hang out, great atmosphere. Menu is great and plenty of choices, with different specials every day. Good range of beer on tap, friendly staff with flawless service. Heaps of TV's showing a range of sports. Music was a tad loud the last time I was there, we had to almost yell across the table but I still enjoyed myself.

I love the diversity of staff there. I was served by a lovely black woman who was very courteous to us while taking our order.the meal was well prepared and delicious.a very nice place to go have a decent lunch in the afternoon

It has a happy ambience. Staff are very friendly, helpful, patient, great manner. They were very careful to identify a product with gluten and proactively offer a solutions. (Your GF bun is always really dry, guys, FYI)

. I find the Varsity Grill and Bar is a great place to spend out if you love burgers and pints. Great burgers

Cheeseburger was AMAZING and the atmosphere is great! Multiple TVs around the place that aren't too loud/intrusive. There are comfortable booths and chairs. Place was really clean, service was awesome and food was delivered fast and fresh!

Burgers are so good food is great sizes for what you pay for and staff well depending on time of day and what day they can be ok.

The food is great, the wait times aren't!
We were told ~20 min wait when we ordered our takeaway food. After ~20 mins one of the staff checked and told us they were just cooking fresh chips and it would be another 2-3 mins. An additional ~20 mins and we finally got our food, with no apology for the delay.
It should not take 50 mins!

Good location, decent burgers and well-priced drinks. If you are looking for a sports bar around Bentley, this is the place to go. The Varsity Lager is a classic there, usually get a jug.

Great bar atmosphere, great service, decent food. Only concern for those looking to come here is parking, it is a little lackluster.

Great quality food. Lovely options of rooftop bar or inside. Inside was clean and the crowd atmosphere was energetic but not overwhelming.

I went to Varsity after some social netball at Curtin. The atmosphere was good, the drinks and food were good, the staff were nice, overall a good experience.

Here for the first time and loved it. Great atmosphere and service. Those onion Rings are amazing. Stools are a bit uncomfortable and it got a bit hot and stuffy in there but I did enjoy it overall

Like that they always have specials on and the interiors is very nice
I wish they get in more ciders and other craft beers. Currently only one choice of cider and rarely changing lock favorites

Reasonably priced, tends to be a little loud. Their 'gluten free' food is apparently prepared on the same surfaces, deep fryers etc as gluten food, meaning my celiac friend couldn't eat anything. Tip: if you wouldn't do it for a nut allergy, don't do it for gluten.
Besides that the serving sizes are nice and large, tables to accommodate all group sizes, and very impressive milkshakes

I love Varsity Bar, the burgers are great and staff are always really friendly. I may be biased because I love the USA and Varsity reminds me of the states! Food and drinks are priced pretty well, perfect place to go and watch a game of NFL, or any other sport you're into. Would highly reccomend:)

Stood at a relatively quiet bar for 10 minutes, was ignored by young and seamingly unaware staff. Won't be bothering next time.

Came here for a birthday with a large group. Staff were super helpful and friendly in facilitating a booking and were more than accommodating for our needs. Only feedback - management needs to put more bar staff on, especially on a Saturday night. 2 staff to man a busy bar is too hectic!
