Vancouver Street Cafe

I cant fault this cafe. Its a real down home cafe in the suburbs. It used to be a grocery shop in the last century. Top food, top coffee. Top staff, popular as. I intend to go back asap. If you have a pup you can sit outside and the cafe provides your pooch with water. The cafe has a southerly aspect so the outdoor seating picks up the warmth of the sun in winter. The food is all made fresh and it feels healthy. The owner or manager. Roger? Is a true gentleman, impeccably dressed and welcoming. I look forward to going again with friends.

Food was lovely, the inside is quite crowded but the wait times were ok.nice looking place and calm outside.

Went for breakfast early & was pleasantly surprised to find tables available. Menu is comprehensive, service was fast & courteous. The cafe began to fill up soon after my arrival. This is a very pleasant little cafe not too far off the main street, (York st) & well worth a visit for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Afternoon tea. The best coffee I've had in a long while and the bestest vanilla slice I've ever had. Guess what. I'll be in Albany again very soon and it's on my must do again list.

Great value for money and man working front of house (unsure of name but had a beard) was working hard. Had the half size Vancouver breakfast and was huge, great value for the money. Cozy little vibes, will come again:)

Very nice cafe. Visited twice on our two week holiday. Had very nice coffee and cake, then an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had the most delicious lunch and coffee at Vancouver Street and were even able to bring our doggy who was super spoiled with lots of treats! 100% recommend checking out this awesome cafe!

Good coffee, not great. Seats VERY uncomfortable. Food a bit pricey, $20 for a bacon & egg roll! There are better places closer to town.

Enjoyed the food and ambience. Parking on street sides. Single but large toilet. Good food and hot drinks. A wood fire for winter would be a bonus. Outside covered seating area is suitable for those with dogs.

Proper 5 star meal. Friendly staff. Quick service. Absolutely delicious. Highly rate this place

Little local gem, can be very busy, food is good but doesn't stand out, coffee is below average, overall worth a try.

SO GOOD! Food was really tasty and presented super well. Coffees and milkshake were perfect. They were understaffed today but still did an amazing job. Thanks guys!

Gorgeous little cosy spot up from the Vancouver Arts Centre. Popped in for coffee and cake. Delicious menu available and very friendly fast service ️
Beautiful hydro plants available for purchase from Driftwood treasures
