I hate going to the dentist. The first session I was made totally comfortable and at ease. I eventually had to have all my teeth extracted. The information was accurate and it was done in the chair. My recovery was quicker than expected. The dentures are great, the work was excellent. The follow up was excellent. Santosh rocks!

I am aged 64 years and Hanya changed my smile into something better than a facelift! She was gentle but thorough and the top of her game. I was incredibly impressed with how considerate and in tune she was with my fears and concerns, as well as the state of the art counselling room/surgery itself. I've been going to the same dentist for 30 years and have not experienced such excellence and professionalism, and I would highly recommend Hanya.

I have been going to the Vale Dental Centre since it opened - the dentists and the front desk staff are really friendly. I also appreciate that the dentists always tell you exactly what they think should be done and why, and then let you decide what you want to have done. Have had a few fillings and a crown done - and am very happy with the work and the way they look after me!

Great service, always great you by name when you walk up to the receptionist which is a nice touch. I had bad Tartar build up and they split it up into 3 separate cleanings so it was easier on my bank account.

I found Vale Dental Centre to be very helpful with the problems with one for my childrens teeth, I was so impressed that I took my other two to see Dr Hanya she was lovely both of them were very nervous, she talked to them making them feel better about being there. One of them told me the she liked this dentist.which is a big deal for her to say "Great Place"

Unless you have a regular dental schedule, visits to the dentist become mandatory when we have emergency treatment needs. Invariable, these visits reveal that your lack of (regular) dental check up results in a lot of other work to be done.
This was certainly my case. A chipped tooth led to a dental plan that resulted in a couple of extractions that could not be saved and a plan to restore and protect the rest of my teeth.
I've also had a partial plate fitted to replace the missing teeth.
But over the period of weeks that Vale Dental Centre and I committed to my dental plan, the team there at Vale were fantastic. Polite, respectful, accommodating, professional, to name a few.
I did obtain quotes from other Dentists, so price aside, which was comparable and in some instances, cheaper, it was the genuine customer care demeanour of the team, from Reception to Dental Assistant to the Dentist Santos, that I chose to go with.
And it was the best decision.
The process was as painless as it could be.
I am extremely happy with the finished products.
I absolutely recommend Vale Dental Centre to anyone looking for quality, well priced, but most important excellent customer care and service.

I saw Dr Angad during my visit. He made me feel at ease and explained what he was doing at all times. He explained my current status and then explained all my options going forward. This is the first time I have been to a dentist that keeps me fully informed with regards to my treatment and explains what exactly is happening.
The surgery is modern and decked out with all the highest quality implements. It was nice to be able to sit back and watch the TV ahead rather that think about what was going on in my mouth.
Will definitely be going back for future appointments.

Have taken my son here on 2 occasions to have his teeth looked at. Really friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable (considering you are at a dentist!). The procedures are explained in full before proceeding and every effort is made to ensure you understand your treatment. We will be returning!

Excellent service, friendly professional staff, fantastic dental care. I would and have recommended Dr Hanya to my friends and family. I had two wisdom teeth removed in the chair on the same day, I didn't feel a thing, It was literally over before i realized and they healed very quickly.ten out of ten will use again:)

It's one of the best dental Centres, their service and quality are perfect. I saw Dr. Hanya, she is one of the best doctors. She is really expert and treats her patients nicely.
